@Kaisete98 It's been no more than 4 years for me and they appear quite easily. But I've found there is a cycle where often times it's a bit difficult to get into focus. Perhaps this is due to the seasons, my food eating patterns or something else that may be affecting my emotions. I see white dot or dots that don't move, except that they float and then vanish and reappear in a different location. Sometimes I see different colors and mostly they are very small and focused ..always w/ eyes closed.

This doesn't do anything. It takes the brain minimum 5 minutes to attune to binaural beats. It's has to be perfectly steady (no rising or lowering of the frequency) too.

It could do damage. I was told that gamma waves, like this one which is
very intense, can burn out your brain.
Use this video for only 2 minutes. It's like reving a car at maxium rpm,
you screw up the motor if you do it for a prolonged period.

when i was a child i remember see'ing colored dots when i closed my eyes. clusters that would float around behind my eyelids. many times i would see things as i lay sleeping?/ or maybe deep in meditation. never heard anyone els say this nore did i ever speak of it before now. im now 52 and can still divine things by this method.

@Kaisete98 It's been no more than 4 years for me and they appear quite easily. But I've found there is a cycle where often times it's a bit difficult to get into focus. Perhaps this is due to the seasons, my food eating patterns or something else that may be affecting my emotions. I see white dot or dots that don't move, except that they float and then vanish and reappear in a different location. Sometimes I see different colors and mostly they are very small and focused ..always w/ eyes closed.

@skywriter1962 It's not the time of the tone that's important.. I believe the tone need only be a simple timed event in order to entrain you brain ..once you listen to the tone your brain can start singing on its own.
But this is simply my thought perspective.

@1walicki So...it probably would cause no harmful side effect if a person listened longer?, my concern is, that due to my physical condition, i have had and probably will have more MRI's, and being that those same sounds (i think) are produced in those machines, i would like to know if i am having too much of these tones. @1walicki . Peace to you all in these times. Thank you for the tones. And you're right, my brain DID start singing on its own. The more I listened, tones started coming out of seemingly nowhere! By the time each tone ended, there seemed to be at least six or seven tones riding on each of the main wavelengths. Great experience!

Oh My Goooodness!!!!! I once heard these sounds together in a dream once. (I am a lucid dreamer and experience weak/brief astral travels). Looking in on the galaxy, this closed golden circle (an eye) hanging below was connected to the galaxy by four thick strings. As it awoke from it's slumber, the blue eye shot out a beam of light at one of the two spirits observing, floating in space. One of the spirits was not meant to be/stay there. The galaxy in this dream, was actually an explosion.

before i heard this i was hearing a crazy noise just like it. i heard it 2 days and then it was gone. why do i feel fear from things i know are not "natural".
my first reaction always is fear. iv had some crazy experiances. i was dreaming and felt an evil presence ( i thought it was satan) so i said "satan, you dont scare me. make yourself real" as soon as i said those words my sister put the phone to my head and my now dead best friend was on the phone. there was no delay. from dream to life

This doesn't do anything. It takes the brain minimum 5 minutes to attune to binaural beats. It's has to be perfectly steady (no rising or lowering of the frequency) too.
Unless this is telling you how to generate those tones for long listening.

I like this, it's comforting. I've listened to it for three days in a row now, and have been recalling my dreams a little more...also (what do you think about this?) I get the feeling that I can hear this all the time now, in the background of life, wherever I am. Not sure what to make of that.

@brownstonehall it is uncanny how you hear it everywhere the more you're attuned to it. For a while I was listening to and watching kl3zkl3z 's videos before sleeping ..alpha, theta & delta waves with fractals... It helped me train my focus and enhance my perception; but everyone's unique. I plan on creating better visuals in a future video so as to really understand where these tones impact on in the brain.. thanks for watching!

@mjshikeli I already had that happen in a lucid dream. Only it was a roadside diner and a bunch of good old boys took me down in a basement and shined a big scary light on me and started questioning me. That was my last lucid dream for a very long time.
But aside from that, my life is usually not all that scary. I guess I think of that sound as the engine of the universe, because it kind of sounds like a car running. I woke up in the middle of the night once and my husband was awake too and
