Ok, agreed... WoW IS a game, and there are other much more serious things in the world; yet that doesn´t mean that you can't try to improve your play. Its not a life and death situation, but the game IS about progression, at least the PvE. To progress u have to improve your play, to improve u have to learn... if u dont asume that, ure not getting the theme of the game. Just like chess, i like the analogy.

BTW, i dont play for hours, I raid once a week if lucky.

Personally, i don't raid for the loot. If u have your mind fixed on gear you'll miss the game. Raid for the thrill, for the experience, and then for the loot.

On the other hand, i think its obvious that u cant beat even The Leviathan with a bunch of blues or heroic epics.

Being set for an instance takes gear and skill, both inversly proportional. If u have more gear ull need less skill and viceversa. My bro is an exmple of the latter, his arcane mage pulled almost 7k dps in a "Watch Him Die" run (5 man!!! wtf!), and he can still change 8 pieces of gear in naxx.

Learn to squeeze the damage out of ur toon, to the very last drop. U'll get to 10 man Ulduar in no time.

If i'm correct Ulduar is a both 10 and 25 man, and it will introduce in Ulduar10 man easy and hard mode and in Ulduar25 it will also give easy and hard, if i'm also correct the hard is like 3 drakes in Obsidian sanctum
