@mrsanity If Mohammad wanted to gain wealth through his claim of prophethood, then it wouldn't make any sense for him to reject the many wealth offers he got from rich leaders who converted to Islam during his prophethood. If he wanted to gain wealth it would be very controversial for him to give away whatever he may have gotten of wealth to those who was in need of it. The islamic slave trade killed far more people frome the entire world (not just africans) than the european slave trade, the european slave trade was eventually abolished in the west, slavery was only abolished in the latter half of the 20th century in the islamic world and this was due to severe pressure from the west.

I'll watch this video later. I try not to judge one billion muslims by one brush. All the same, I challenge you to name me a MODERN country with Sharia law and actual justice. In your other video you make the claim that we must approach the Quran as a 'whole'.... and not just take pieces out which suit our pre existing beliefs.
The problem with this approach is that it opens the Quran to the charge of 'contradiction' because the idea of abrogation itself means that earlier verses have been replaced by 'other or better' ones. And as I showed above.. unless you believe that Allah did in fact change his mind.. you have contradiction everywhere.
