I have to go to the travellers ship in the North eastern sea chart and kill all the monsters then talk twice to weird guy that pops up with the smile on his face. He gives you a prize postcard then you have to wait for a day and it comes back to you. Sometimes you get a ship part, and sometimes this happens.
