@MarcellusTheGreen "Hail, Columbia" was the unofficial national anthem of the U.S. prior to Congress in the early 1930s officially making the Star Spangled Banner the national anthem.
"Hail, Columbia" is now only used for ceremonial purposes (inaugurations, etc.) when announcing the arrival of the Vice-President
