The target moves very slowly. One mouse pad's length is not enough. :P You'll really have to shove your mouse around like a maniac to get it there.

You have to drag the mouse all over the place, repeatedly and fast.

Maybe increasing mouse sensitivity would affect it a bit? Never thought of that before, I should try it...
