Looking good! Hey, u should get some of that sticky poster tack stuff, throw some of that on the bottoms of there feet and it will keep them from moving around while animating :)
piggy-backing on what huttwigley said, you should find a way to keep him steady. i have the same problems with my stop motions, im working on it though. other than that, the movements were great, very human looksing. if you filmed at a slightly higher frame rate, this would be perfect!
Looks like you might need to tack his stand down some! (He keeps moving to the left a little bit each frame!) You must be right-handed! Great incremental movements though!
thats pretty good man only thing I would recomend is to get a better lighting system to get rid of that flicker but other than that its good.

something I always do to keep em still is I put a pencil line on the ground to show where they're supposed to be standing.
