@Dima5663 We are more intelligent than other animals, lion's can't build a fire and cook their food and all wild animals will try and kill their prey as fast as possible. Most chef's put a knife through a lobsters head before boiling it as it's a quicker death for the creature, i'm no vegetarian but there's no point in causing unnecessary discomfort to it. This isn't that bad though in all honesty, i heard of a guy who BBQ'd a live lobster, now THAT is cruel.
water should have been hotter. A rolling boil is the only time i'll put lobsters/crabs into a pot. They'll die in 2-4 seconds in a rolling boil. Just putting them in hot water kinda sucks but honestly people make it out to be a lot worse than it really is. I live on the water and cook crabs and clams live all the time and fillet fish while they're still alive. It's going to be killed anyway so its really not that big of a deal

read about shoos in the newspaper today and they skin whatever dogs they use alive just so people can have shoos on their feet that is "luxurious". compare that to lobster witch have a very quick death, and then we eat them so it's not waste or just torture. but tho, i understand what you "animal activists" are talking about when it comes to lobster. but i still think eating meat is better then eating 50 bananas a day. but what do i know.

Why did so many people dislike this? 1. You shouldn't have came here if you didn't want to see a lobster be put in a pot of boiling water 2. If you expected this to be a video of people holding hands with giant lobsters singing and dancing, you are sadly wrong. 3. You may say this is cruel but I'm sure you went to a seafood restaurant and ordered lobster off the menu and enjoyed your dinner.

@Dima5663 We are more intelligent than other animals, lion's can't build a fire and cook their food and all wild animals will try and kill their prey as fast as possible. Most chef's put a knife through a lobsters head before boiling it as it's a quicker death for the creature, i'm no vegetarian but there's no point in causing unnecessary discomfort to it. This isn't that bad though in all honesty, i heard of a guy who BBQ'd a live lobster, now THAT is cruel.

water should have been hotter. A rolling boil is the only time i'll put lobsters/crabs into a pot. They'll die in 2-4 seconds in a rolling boil. Just putting them in hot water kinda sucks but honestly people make it out to be a lot worse than it really is. I live on the water and cook crabs and clams live all the time and fillet fish while they're still alive. It's going to be killed anyway so its really not that big of a deal
