fantastic video, really well done mate. in terms of improvement, i guess u could also mention physical health factors like sleep, water&caffeine, diet & drugs. also, whether the goal is one pressured from others or something desired from self, and whether the goal would bring happiness or just simply security.
This is the best explanation of motivation I've ever seen in my life. And believe me I've read a Lot if books and heard a lot of tapes. Ive been in a rutt for the last 3 years but this video has me seeing that I've made all of those mistakes almost constantly. No wonder I've been struggling.
Nice clear thinking: hypothesis is that the gap between current (perceived) reality and future (perceived) goal is the root cause for motivation. Continually control the gap and the clarity of the goal so that you can manage your motivation.
I was looking at your previous slide set on "Power of Focus." There you talk about how to change your internal perception in order to get what you want.
Can you combine the two messages into one in another slide set? That could show an interesting view.
Very good video... (I like the accent too!). I live in scenario 3: dreaming. I'm wasting my life by being anchored to the past and living in the future.
i appreciete your way, i have another way to achieve goals and keeping your motivation in high level, by fixing an elastic goal which move by the time you achiving it
I thought this video was pretty good. A good starting point for someone looking to get motivated. I thought your delivery was very relaxing and it kept my attention. I enjoyed it. Keep doing it.

Brilliant JOB... Helps a lot.... A+ Grad.
One More thing is important....
{JOB} + {GOAL}
And both may have to different fields/Direction....
e.g. I love to work on design & analysis. But the Job is related to Programming....
Could cause massive problem in motivation in JOB, and tension in achieving the Goal...
Could you please present something on that.....

Great!
For the next video could you post a video explaining how you explain your motivation to someone else?
Like for a JOB interview they ask you whats your motivation?
