From what we see of him on TV, he is a really nice host who can relate with his members, and make jokes about stupid answers. @ApricotOfLove what is it that you don't like about him. Not every joke any comedian says is funny but what has he done that you don't like, that he tells the truth about things. Most people don't like hearing the truth.

Also, when a person is performing or doing any kind of speaking, there are times they may have to leave and it has nothing to do with that person. They also could be exhausted. He stated the other day that he had to take a one day flight somewhere and had to come back and only had a few hours of sleep and had to get up to do his radio show. so they may have to leave right away
