What nonsense, a brown dwarf would not come in totally at the mercy of the sun's gravity, it would have a totally different orbit than a puny little comet, which is what Comet Elenin is, and it would have already be disturbing the oribits of the planets and it would have been a very bright naked eye object in the sight sky for a long time now. Comet Elenin pretty much broke up over a month ago and has fizzled out and is turning out to be a non event. Nothing happend on Sept 27.
There will be an "Energy Harvesting" going on for the next year. The reasons I don't believe there is a brown dwarf in our solar system is that an object that big, with a minimum mass of about 13 times the mass of Jupiter, would already be wreaking havoc on the orbits of the planets of our solar system. It also would already be a bright naked eye object in the night sky particularly in late March 2011 when it was in line with the earth with the sun in line behind the earth where it would be visible all night long like a planet at opposition. Where was it?

Hate to break the news to you but Comet Elenin is breaking up and won't survive perihelion, in other words it's vanishing right now because it was too weak a comet.
I believe this til astrobob pointed out some facts, we get 23.7 million miles close to Venus every few years and no problems (this COMET will be 21million miles away which will be closest on Oct 17th). Gravitational pull from a comet that's 1billionth the mass of Earth will have no affect. On top of that while it is in the inner solar system it will be 2.4 million miles vertically from us.

Further you argue that we are on a collision course with this comet/dwarf, but that is assuming we live in a 2d universe. Okay, I can't help but comment on this. You argue that because of these alignments earthquakes are caused, and that thus this alignment is not with a comet but with a ‘brown dwarf’. It is a quickly drawn conclusion to say the least. From february 27th 2010 up till now there have been 3 earthquake centers with similar intensity, which are not explained by any alignment.

If this 4 km object were in fact a white dwarf, its mass would be equivalent to an asteroid of about 300 km of diameter, about 0.002% of the mass of our planet. There is nothing to worry about, the smallest dwarves less than 12000 km in diameter have never been found... This object is just another regular comet and this guy needs to be less lazy and just do his homework right..

The webcams in the Antarctic of the British Antarctic Survey are showing an object between the earth and the sun. See the Rothera base archived and current image files starting on the 4th of this month at about 17:00-19:00 hours as the sun passes over head and you will see what I mean. There are also correlating webcam time lapse vids from the Aurora Australis and Macquarie Islands on the Australian Antarctic Division webcams. Keep looking. I have found 5 webcams so far with this image.

Mike, I think you have this wrong. If this comet was anything with big mass, every computerized telescope on the planet wouldn't be able to find the outer planets b/c their orbits would have been affected already. The earthquakes that happened on those alignment dates certainly are not coincidences, but were in fact a deliberate attempt to scare people into believing what you are saying. Each of those earthquakes was induced using HAARP and/or scalar wave technology.

I think that most the people who are objecting fail to realize that our solar system used to be rocked by events like this but we have reached a stasis and harmony of orbits. yes earthquakes happen when stars are not aligned that is part of the balance we find ourselves in, but any new pull to this relatively "settled" orbit we have, no matter how small that pull might seem compared to the rest, it's going to cause changes to the current stasis and will cause orbit,rotation,&tectonic activity

What nonsense, a brown dwarf would not come in totally at the mercy of the sun's gravity, it would have a totally different orbit than a puny little comet, which is what Comet Elenin is, and it would have already be disturbing the oribits of the planets and it would have been a very bright naked eye object in the sight sky for a long time now. Comet Elenin pretty much broke up over a month ago and has fizzled out and is turning out to be a non event. Nothing happend on Sept 27.

It would be pulling back on the sun and its oribit would be different and it would throw off the balance of the solar system.

The reasons I don't believe there is a brown dwarf in our solar system is that an object that big, with a minimum mass of about 13 times the mass of Jupiter, would already be wreaking havoc on the orbits of the planets of our solar system. It also would already be a bright naked eye object in the night sky particularly in late March 2011 when it was in line with the earth with the sun in line behind the earth where it would be visible all night long like a planet at opposition. Where was it?

I believe this til astrobob pointed out some facts, we get 23.7 million miles close to Venus every few years and no problems (this COMET will be 21million miles away which will be closest on Oct 17th). Gravitational pull from a comet that's 1billionth the mass of Earth will have no affect. On top of that while it is in the inner solar system it will be 2.4 million miles vertically from us.

There is neither a significant relation in intensity nor frequency, there have on average even been less earthquakes per year in the past 1,5 years than there have been over the past 10. Further you argue that we are on a collision course with this comet/dwarf, but that is assuming we live in a 2d universe. This collision course might very well be like one highway passing underneath the other, from a bird’s perspective they are on a collision course too.

Okay, I can't help but comment on this. You argue that because of these alignments earthquakes are caused, and that thus this alignment is not with a comet but with a ‘brown dwarf’. It is a quickly drawn conclusion to say the least. From february 27th 2010 up till now there have been 3 earthquake centers with similar intensity, which are not explained by any alignment.

If this 4 km object were in fact a white dwarf, its mass would be equivalent to an asteroid of about 300 km of diameter, about 0.002% of the mass of our planet. There is nothing to worry about, the smallest dwarves less than 12000 km in diameter have never been found... This object is just another regular comet and this guy needs to be less lazy and just do his homework right..

@stevezane Elenin a brown dwarf? If so, it would now be the brightest object in the sky after the sun and the moon and there would be no way to hide it. The only way that any of the so called plans would be in place is if they thought it, a comet, was going to hit the earth. Do you even know what a brown dwarf is? It is an object the size between the largest planets and the smallest stars and if the earth was close to one, it would orbit it like a moon does. Elenin is a comet, end of story.

The webcams in the Antarctic of the British Antarctic Survey are showing an object between the earth and the sun. See the Rothera base archived and current image files starting on the 4th of this month at about 17:00-19:00 hours as the sun passes over head and you will see what I mean. There are also correlating webcam time lapse vids from the Aurora Australis and Macquarie Islands on the Australian Antarctic Division webcams. Keep looking. I have found 5 webcams so far with this image.

Now, if indeed it is a brown dwarf star, its gravitation could still be inducting tectonic tidal forces on earth. If they, the Sumerians were indeed correct regarding all this other info of which I only posted one occurance, then they also must be correct about the rogue planet they named Nibiru and the race of semi warlike beings called the Annunaki. If you haven't done the research yourself then at least dont bash people that really are trying to help people and inform them. I didn't even mention all the more recent Sumerian findings and the facts that that civilization in a detailed fasahion fully described all our solar system from the point off view of the outside coming in. Before we even knew Neptune was tha bluish color, it was fully described to us in the Sumerian writings. WE have validated all this since we have actually got good pictures of Neptune and Uranuis just within the last 200 years or less and found out the descriptions were indeed perfect.

And all Astrophysists use precession compensation and recession compensation when factoring in the where abouts of any other binary system; which happen to be about 85+ of all the systems in our local milky way galaxy. There is limitless data, way too much to list that can all very easily be answered by the simple fact that we are a binary system and have at least 1 more binary twin at the moment which happens to be a brown dwarf. Starts need at least about 13 MJ (mass jupiters) for fusion.

Then finally add that to the current metrics and data of what has been going on and the major changes, and it doesn't take a very keen intellect to add a simple +1's and come up with some concise conclusions. I have believed we are a binary system since there has been no plausible answer as to why we ourselves use binary compensation to factor in the ever increasing , exponential increase that our system gets pulled backwards through our zodiac; being the precession of the equinox's.

When I m,yself started studying the ancient past and what has been hidden from us. Things like ancient Lumeria or Mu up to Atlantis and in between and before, I also ran into a very obvious cycle or catacylsm. It is unavoidable when studying the distant pasts of ANY culture. This guy is only trying to help people because he cares. I myself have studied ancient prophecy, mythology and archeology for a couple decades at least. Mike, I think you have this wrong. If this comet was anything with big mass, every computerized telescope on the planet wouldn't be able to find the outer planets b/c their orbits would have been affected already. The earthquakes that happened on those alignment dates certainly are not coincidences, but were in fact a deliberate attempt to scare people into believing what you are saying. Each of those earthquakes was induced using HAARP and/or scalar wave technology.

OMG COMET ELENIN is not a brown dwarf...... The brown dwarf is Nibiru comet Elenin came from nibiru ... nasa not hiding it anymore the call( NIBIRU) "The Jupiter like planet right out side of Pluto" and Nibiru (The BROWN DWARF ) is following the same course the comet Elenin is travailing ... and if a brown dwarf went that close to the sun it probably would of ignited since it is the core of a star

theres no proof that it is nothing more than a Ordinary Comet.This dwarf star would have pulled all the planets near it out of their orbits and we too will have already be pulled out of our orbit. We would be going into a major deepfreeze right now .After all the Gravitational pull of a dwarf STAR would be immense you need huge gravitational forces for it to be a star in the first place

@123456wasp Not to mention a Dar Star is anywhere from 13 to 60 times the size of Jupiter which means between 150 to over 450 times the size of the Earth, so if it was 1.6 AU away it would be more visible in the sky than the Sun.

This is kinda funny. You're looking in 3D space. Any 3 points in a 3D space form a triangle. Look straight down on any edge of a triangle in 3D space and it will look like the 3 points are lined up. The earthquakes could've happened on any day, and you could make it look like they're lined up.

Coin boy here is just using fear to sell more silver eagles. The reason for the big earthquakes is Jupiter alignments. Whenever Jupiter is aligned with us on same side of sun or opposite side of sun, we have 6.0+ sized earthquakes. This has been proven. If comet Elenin is a dwarf star it is now close enough to view with a telescope accompanied by an infrared filter. If you people are really that concerned about this object, you'd have bought one and viewed it for absolute proof. Slackers
