im a gamer myself and ive played the HELL out of III, VC, and SA and each one of those games was better than the last.

But then came IV which to me felt like a big step backwards, no tanks, F-16's jetpacks planes multiple cities car customization asset/gang missions 3 weapons sets upgradable stats and the list goes on and on...

I didnt find it fun, it was boring, going bowling with a jamaican who i could barely understand made me die a little when i wasted $60 on this shit.

San andreas fucking sucks compared to GTA IV. Just because you can fly planes and shit doesn't make it better. The graphics in GTA IV were so great, and just the gameplay itself made up for that. Now that they are bringing parachuting back to GTA IV, SA is the past

My Favorite and funniest moment on GTA4 is when I first played the game and thought I could actually run across the street like u could in all the others. I got hit by like 3 cars. Also, when I was going fast as hell on a motorcycle down the street and crashed down the highway and I keep rolling and bouncing down the street till I died. I was like damn lol.

Mass Effect won platinum status. But Mass Effect was WAY! too easy. I mean I'm playing it on hard now and it is still too easy. Also, exploring planets was repetitive because all of the planets looked the same the difference would be dunes turning to rocks. Mass Effect 2 should kick ass though. But u can't compare a RPG to a game like GTA4.

Another one of my fav moments, there was 1min left on a team deathmatch, i just got fucked up froma sniper shot but the guy fucked up and was stuck on a building in north algorquin, i was near south algorquin at helitours, took a annilator, FLEW FULL SPEED TO HIM WANTING REVENGE arrived at him at 10seconds left, full GTA IV rush music going I DIDNT EVEN BOTHER STOPPING HELD FIRE BUTTON AND FUCKED HIM UP AT 3 SECONDS CRASH LANDING ON THE BUILDING, but i got fucked up at 2seconds coz he had rpg!

My fav moment was when i was playing gta IV online... and i was playing team deathmatch... and my whole team left me i was on my own it was a first to $5000 and next biggest team had $3000, and i started to get fucked up every which way coz they were like level 7 n higher, so i got on a turismo and told myself ok now u guys are gonna have to outdrive me so i was on a chase with 6 others all around liberty city FULL SPEED and that was sooo fun trying to get away from them:D funnest moment for me

GTA is the dogs b0II0cks of games. Those who don't like it have either a short attention span or have expected TOO much. Or both.

The level of detail and realism in this is seriously outstanding, as is the physics. This in itself is one reason to buy the game. For example, you can run into someone, they drop their mobile phone and coffee cup, and you can throw it back at them in their face. I also like hijacking cars, calling the police and the victim getting arrested instead of me :P

yes grand theft auto 4 was a more serious tone with the story, but the missions were fairly repetitive, driving felt like a chore, the cover system is bugged. Yes the story was good, but did it suit a game, in a game u have to agree with the character motivations so that u actually have motivation to do the mission and then u can have fun, where as the motivation for gta 4 was like shit happens and i have to deal with that shit now, its NOT FUN, and thats why gaming cannot become art
