Those names next to the track listing on the album(s) indicate which Tally WROTE the song, not who SUNG it. It is often that the same person who wrote the song is the lead singer of it, but not always.

And Zubin does sing the lead parts in a number of songs.

Yeah, well that's what Zubin sings - covers, Zubin also sings in a cover of The Killers' "Smile Like You Mean It". I know Zubin sings in "Ruler Of Everything" but what he does is called Backing Vocal (which you don't really call singing) but if you want to call it that then it's up too you mate.

I found out about them 'cause I have a family member which works at a Radio Station, he found "Tally Hall" as a new band in 2004 which he asked me too check out - I really liked them, but he thinks they sound too much like "The Beatles"

Yeah I agree, Zubin is my favourite Tally Hall band member. On Tally Hall's album "Marvin's Marvelous Machical Museum" Zubin only sings in "Welcome to Tally Hall" but with Joe and Rob. That's the first video where I've seen Zubin without his bass.
