Though it was a book on flood geology with reference to the Grand Canyon that originally got me interested in geology (in which I'm now finishing my doctorate), I don't find it scientifically tenable as an explanation of geologic history. However, it's worth pointing out that at 0:45 especially, she doesn't understand the position very well. There are plenty of valid reasons to discuss the issue, why does she resort to a strawman to sweep it away oversimplistically?

@02:29 Gaps? That's the only place for their literal old testament god to live anymore. Thanks for putting this up. Love seeing science in the field.
