  • you should be using the roller on your entire lower body from your ankles up to your glutes, then roll over and use them from your shin up to your hips. That is not to mention using a tennis ball for your feet, toes and arches included, by letting the tennis ball roll under your feet and arches using your body weight carefully, and trying to "grab" the ball with your feet. That completed you will run fast and NEVER have shin or knee pain again. Other than that is half-assed.
