He was talkin about his b/f and that he wants to mess around on him and that his b/f shouldnt have a problem with that. How conceited can ya get?? Fkn tard.
God!! What a great time! and a great song... Probably the best of Queen..Remember Jammin 'News of The World' L.P. in 7th Grade. Life is too short.. RIP Freddie....
I got my parents to buy this album right after it came out (I was 7)...right out of the gate, this was my favorite song on it. Still to this day, its one of my top 5 Queen songs. The talent in this band is astounding...each member wrote a #1 song.
@mustangmom27 Who in their right mind doesn't know who Queens guitarist is!!?? I'll tell you who..someone who thinks Bon Jovi's guitarist is one of the best of all times LMFAO....and someone who thinks Poison is a good rock band!!!????...it's BRIAN MAY Dummy!!!!!!
today its my favorite song! yesterday it was "We will rock you(fast)". i don't know what im going to listen tomorrow but i sure it will be some of Queen' songs.
i always like queen, but i didnt know this song til i saw observe and report a funny as hell movie long live the queen but the rhapsody still is the best song ever
This is probably the best ever, yes. All the power of early Quenn with beautifully concealed production, so much going on! ..... However the number that made me realise what a phenomenon this apparently heavy metal band really were was Prophet Song. The first bit lacks the driving energy all the way through of "Its Late", but the last section is the best piece of Queen music ever for me, like the end of We Will Rock You, but with so much more.....
I love this song. I was very fortunate to see them do this live @ the Forum in Los Angeles when I was a teenager. I will rank this song as my favorite by them.
Dang man, nice work. I gotta ask though, what all DVD's do you have? I mean, I have Montreal/Live Aid, Fire Bowl, and Wembley, but there's so much stuff I don't recognize.
This has got to be one of my most favorite Queen songs of all time ! Listening to the song, you can really tell Freedie Mercury really put his heart and soul into every line of this particular song. It laso brings to mind late nights of spending time with that ":certain someone", and then finding out the hard way they weren't right for you after all. In other words, you get dropped, hard.
For those (few) of you who would love to hear a cover of this flaming (and forgotten) rock classic: Who could do it some justice? Gerard Way (MCR) or Pink?
Takes me back with a friend who died in a motorcycle accident...RIP Dave and thanks for the post, one of Queen's hidden tresures, but then there are many of those
An interesting bit of info. The guitar solo features Brian using his right hand to tap on the neck of the guitar ala EVH. This album was released several months prior to the first Van Halen record. Though Brian didn't use this technique to the degree that Eddie did, it still shows just how cutting edge his playing was. Brian claimed he got the idea from seeing Billy Gibbons of ZZTop doing it.
Thanks for that info. So many people credit EVH with stuff that was done years ago! Jeff Beck,Brian May,Billy Gibbons,Buddy Guy, the list goes on. Not putting EVH down but it wasn't as noticed earlier.
Hey this is fantastic footage to go with one of their best songs - and for so many of us the lyrics are real: it's late, but not too late. Queen stands alone forever in their music and talent, no one touches them.
Truly a brilliant song from IMHO the greatest band ever, especially the 70s and most definitely recording. A bit spooky here but a police car? siren on just passed, ending on 4.30 Freddie's vocals take over and so similar.
@XxxC0nn3r I like it better than Bohemian for the fact that Bohemian got shoved down our throats. It was a brilliant song, but too much of anything will grate on your nerves after a while.
@rekoonsghjkl Hey, wait...you're 20 years old...I'm 42...I've been listening to Bohemian Rhapsody since I was 8 years old! Call me back in 20+ years and tell me where you stand, then...LOL

1:05 It's late - but I'm bleeding deep inside
It's late - is it just my sickly pride?
Too late - even now the feeling seems to steal away
So late - though I'm crying I can't help but hear you say
It's late it's late it's late
But not too late
That is REAL rock right there. It's both fierce and graceful, and its soul can hardly be contained. This is the spirit of Queen at its finest.
