Al SILS le falta retraccion para ser segura.
la herida es muy grande todavia 2cm y las opticas se fuerzan mucho por el apalancamiento, he visto que se rompen con facilidad, el cirujano trabaja incomodo y se aumenta el costo del procedimiento.

I don't speak Spanish but I retained that your technique seems better than the one I used. I saw a paper on Imanlap in Surg Endosc, but only 40 cases and not 350 are reported. Don't worry for the main biliary tree, I always keep an eye on it. I'm now using a traction suture and it is a bit better. I had the idea of using magnets but I've not tryed yet. Thanks for your comments.
Changing techniques should not compromise patient safety. I think safety has been compromised during this dissection , especially during clipping. With time, refinement in the technique will make it safe, I wish.
This was a very easy case and the anatomy of the Calot's triangle was clear. Furthermore the clips were placed close to the infundibulum. This is only a 7 min video for longer operation (about half an hour). With time the technique will improve. In the meantime this surgery should be done in the hands of experienced laparoscopic surgeons.
