  • Did Microsoft get Nintendo's permission first? Oh wait, now Microsoft now owns all the rights. But still, having a game that was originally released as an exclusive on a Nintendo console? (Remember that Rare was a second-party developer, not third-party. They had close ties with each other and Rare even developed DK64, which is part of a Nintendo franchise obviously.)
