  • alright man a couple of things. get rid of the headlight, get rid of the bag on the back, and get some numbers dude. i like your setup though i have the almost exact bike. and if u do up your suspension it will fit you better. overall man nice bike, ur pretty good.

  • @anoonan27 why get rid of the light? i know the fender bag looks gay, but it comes in handy when you don't feel like bringing a back pack

  • @Ssquared777 hahah cause it aint bright enough plus im in a wheelie half the time so it dosnt really help out, sick lookin bike still. its all about what and when u ride

  • @anoonan27 i know what you mean about it being difficult to keep the front end on the ground lol. it isn't bright but you can still use it for a few night rides, i know people that do it on racebikes and 35w is way better than nothing.

  • you should ride that bike like a man

  • i wish my 220 had a kickstand =(

  • hey nice bike hey and subscribe me i subscribed you :)

  • Nice bike Jr.

  • Excuse me. my kdx's front number plate with the light has been ripped off (accident) do you know where i could find a replacement light and number plate? Thanks.

  • ebay

  • I love my kdx

  • Is it pretty hard for you to ride it when you're shorter than the bike? That happened to me riding my first Kawasaki

  • what do you like better the 200 or 220?

  • Well the 200 is older (95') than the 220 (01') also the 220 is bone stock and the 200 has a load of add-on's. That said, I feel the 220 really pulls, however all I find on the web says that the 200's have much more low end but I don't seem to agree. The 220 has plenty of power all through, the 200 is also great, not to discredit it. I think both bikes are simply awesome, you will not be dissapointed with either.

  • Thanks im getting a 200 tomorrow...

  • The 220 has more low-end but the 200 has more top-end. This happens because the 220 carb is actually smaller than the 200's

  • what pipe do you have on there?

  • FMF Gnarly and Turbine Core

  • how tall are you?

  • cmon kid dont b scared of tht power band

  • i have an 06

  • The KDX is no race bike however it has plenty of pep. Comparing it to a typical 250cc 4 stroke trail bike there is a sea of difference. The KDX does have a wide power band, I've not ridden regular powerband 2 strokes but this bike has plenty for me and is nice to not be riding it all reved up.

  • Does the KDX have the typical 2-stroke powerband where it can have enough power to break the rear end loose without using the clutch?

  • how tall are you?

Wondering if i would be around the right size for this bike?

    Climax blues band!!

    Thanks,

    Nice video!

  • My son is riding... He's 5'6".

    Thanks...

  • ooo ok thanks alot u have a nice night bye

  • ooo ok... but i can still ride it right?

  • You should be able to ride it but you should look into fixing it to prevent any engine damage... At least replace the oil so it removes any of the mixed in coolant.

  • ohhh ye and what happens to the coolent level? and thanks alot for the advice.

  • Change the oil and take note where your coolent level is before your ride, cold engine. After you're done, when the engine cools down, check coolent level again to see if you lost some that may have leaked into the tranny. The only problem is if the leak is too little you may not be able to see it in the coolant bottle. But the milky oil is due to the coolant mixing with your oil.

  • oooh ok thanks i never had a 2 stroke... i had a 4 stroke only..... but i could still ride it right if i change the oil? for the day?

  • oooh ok thank you. and hey wat does it mean if my oil gets milky and white?

  • Sounds like you're getting coolant in your gear oil. You might have a leak in your water pump seals. Watch the coolant level to see if you loose some. It doesn't take much to cause your oil to foam (look milky).

  • o tht is good i went from the pw50 auto. to the honda xr80 and now im on the kdx200... but what ratio do you use? and would it be tht much different for a 94'?

  • The manual states a 38:1 ratio however when we bought the KDX200 the prior user was using 40:1. We've been using 40:1 with no issues I believe the the engine construction of prior years using water cooling would function well with this ratio.

  • yea they are the only bad thing is there lack of top end power but thats also what makes them fun u dont have to worry on keepin it down. What was ur starter bike?

  • The video is of my son, his starting bike was a crf50 manual clutch clone then a Yamaha TTR125. I've ridden bikes many years ago and then stopped to start again with the kids. Coming back riding was with slow TTR225 after about 25 yrs. We only ride trails, no MX, so these bikes are great for us. My son wants to try MX so we might look into a 2nd bike like a CR125.

  • i got a 94' :) they're great

  • I'm so glad we did all the research on the KDX's before buying them. They are claimed to be the best trail bikes ever. They ride awesome...!

  • great vid man,

    Cant wait for some more,

I need to get a kdx!!

    xgxgrahpics?

    thanks

  • ohh yeah, and good choice of music,

who doesn't like some good old Tommy Tutone??

  • Yeah... Thanks for the comments. Not sure why my replys are not posting but the bike graphics are XGX (Mech design).
