@GertjanakaSouL The only way you can get this kind of quality from the camera is to use editing software. I used Sony Vegas Movie Platinum Edition Studio 9. The AVCHD file created by this camera cannot be used with movie maker. With the editing software I just mentioned you can get some spectacular results from this camera. I hope this answered your question.

I just bought this camera...

and i have ugly lines in my vid when i move my camra a little bit :s

@GertjanakaSouL The file extension is MTS, but the format is AVCHD. You will not be able to really do anything with this camera until you purchase some editing software. It is well worth the investment, but make sure the software will handle the AVCHD file format. Good luck.

Ok u were really helpfull but do you have bad qualtity to if you watch the video in the everio media browser?

I have sony vegas platinum studio 9.0

i select output type: HDV camera 720 and i save it on my harddisk then TEMPLATE: HD 1080-60i

I can save the video but when i try to watch it my video LAGGS like HELL :S

@GertjanakaSouL You can use this on movie maker. I primarily use Pinnacle Studio Ultimate 14 but it works on movie maker too you just have to search all files.

what file did you use to import it on sony vegas?

@mark15emo I imported the default MTS file. Then I compile to M2T format which is HDV 1080-60i Audio 384Kbs 48.000 Hz Layer2 Video is 29.97fps 1440X1080. This is a MPEG-2 file that shows an extension of m2t on the YouTube upload.

Thanks, Jim I am really enjoying the new camera, and I do have some plans for other scenery videos. It takes additional software to get the full effects of HD, and I purchased Sony Vegas Movie Studio 9 for this. The only drawback which you mentioned to me in a comment once is the large files and the time it takes to upload to YT. This video was over 1G and took more than an hour to upload with high speed cable connection.
