Is this what they are actually teaching you in school? Kruschev told us that we would be a socialism and Russia would never have to fire a shot. You are not old enough to remember the cold war and you certainly haven't seen the evil I have seen in my 42 years. You absolutely right about the current government but you can't blame it on Bush. He was the executive branch with no veto power. He was a "lame duck" for better than two years. His problem was trying to appease the loud minority.

Socialism is only part of the problem. The nature of socialism allows for radicalism; encourages and supports law breakers. Russia knows because they suffered under it while innocents were butchered in the streets. I was in Europe when the Red Army Faction murdered Germans for the cause of revolution and change (sound familiar?). The current government is counting of the fact that you, the next generation isnt old enough to remember.

You are losing your freedoms. Freedoms you arent even old enough to enjoy. Stop complaining about a man you never met and start researching things for your own good. Youre old enough to pick up a copy of the declaration of independence, the bill of rights and the Constitution and read them. Ask why we have them. Wonder why they are going away. And realize the terrible mistake we are making by letting politicians ruin our country. Or choose to leave it for Canada.
