Yes there are a lot of energy drinks out there that are saturated with caffeine and sugar, sadly the younger generation have made them very popular.

Energy drinks are truly a health hazard. I got hooked on them in highschool. I thought hey i exercise i can use them. But no it does nothing for u it just makes u tired, slow, overweight, you burn out very fast. I eventually got to a point where i was drinking 5 in one sitting while hanging out with friends, even 1 drink alone is not healthy .They can become like a drug, I have'nt had one in about 4 1/2 years. DO NOT CONSUME ENERGY DRINKS.

I'm 12 years old and I often drink Energydrinks. My Friends drink them often, too. And we've never had any health problems. The problem is, that the most people drink too much Energydrinks. If you drink one can per day, theres a very small risk. Sorry for my bad english (i'm from Germany)
