So to open doors and what not else, she uses her feet that have been all over her floors and then when she has company and has to open the bathroom door or whatever, they pick up on all the germs that went from the floor > bottom of her foot > that door knob. Real nice... BITCH.

the best way to deal with anxiety is to FACE THE THING THEY FEAR!. @TheStudioSEB my fact was right. you are a weak wuss and being in denial wont change that. ofcourse there are different ocd levels and all of them are very useful. so please dont, dont try to come up with a weak excuse for yourself. its pathetic.
@IHAGEO You don't know me. I'm not saying I'm not fighting against this. I'm saying it's hard. Because my own mind is challenging me. I don't see any reason to start trolling with this as a subject. @TheStudioSEB the fact that your fighting it shows that you are a dumb coward and trolling, my god the Internet is now filled with kids who really think calling each other for trolls is an insult. how immature
@TheStudioSEB yeah you have to convince your self that in order for you to continue living the denial while im completely praising my "disorder". now can you please leave me alone and go on living your pathetic existence. thank you

just search
"the ocd project part 1" in youtube. she's working with the therpist, she recovered from OCD... well nobody can 100% recover from ocd but you can program your brain...
ALSO STOP GLUTEN AND CHOCOLATE!! THESE TWO THINGS ARE LEAD CAUSES OF OCD AS WELL. JUST THINK... SOME THINGS YOU EAT CAN CAUSE THIS TO HAPPEN. IF YOU INGEST SHROOMS... IT CAUSES HELLUCINATIONS... WHY CAN'T FOOD YOU ARE ALLERGIC TO DO THE SAME!
THERE HAS BEEN AN AMAZING STUDY ON THE AFFECTS OF L-TRYPTOPHAN CURING OCD!! YOU CAN BUY IT AT HEALTH STORES... BUT PLEASE START OUT WITH A SMALL AMOUNT BECAUSE IT IS VERY POWERFUL STUFF! OCD IS SIMPLY A BRAIN GLITCH THAT CAN BE CURED!!
@mialarrentini are you taking any medication...and if so do you feel it has caused any abnormal effects to your body/mind? i am thinking about taking celexa for my OCD but am worried about the effects during brain development. please give feedback on how you feel. please and thank you.
It really gets on my nerves when people say they have oct because they have to write neat and things like that. I used to have ocd pretty badly, I would have to have an exact routine before I went to bed, like checking in all my cupboards, checking all the doors and touching certain things. I also had to touch everything with both hands and have my door an exact amount open. It would often make me cry I hated it so much but people who don't suffer from it don't understand what it is like.
I had OCD since I was 5 . It started out with me being scared to use the Bathroom bc off germs. At the age of 7 I starved myself bc I was scared I was going to choke and die. I was in the hospital for 2 weeks. Every day they took me to lunch I would NOT eat in stead I put it in my pockets and said I ate it. One day the caought me and told me that if I didnt eat they wouldnt allow my parents to come vist me. So finally I started eating agian. one year later I was diagnosed with OCD. Im now 13 :3
@MychemicalromanceKIL Have you tried The Linden Method? It is a famous product and you should try it. :) It's quite cheap compared to drugs. It can treat OCD too. You'll be fine. Check the link by visiting my channel. Thank you. :)
I have it and people are starting to notice in school. I've been made fun of for things I have done. But I am working on it and persistant to get rid of it.
OCD IS JUST A BRAIN GLITCH! THE CURE FOR OCD IS SOMETHING CALLED L-TRIPTOPHAN!! IT HAS AMAZING AFFECTS ON OCD!! YOU BUY IT IN HEALTH FOOD STORES! START OF WITH HALF A CAPSLE THOUGH... IT IS VERY POWERFUL STUFF!! YOU WILL NEVER HAVE TO TAKE CRAP FROM YOUR DR. THERE HAVE BEEN STUDIES ON THE AFFECTS OF L-TRYPTOPHAN. ALSO TAKE FISH OIL, MAGNISIUM AND REMEMBER CHOCOLATE AND GLUTEN ARE HUGE TRIGGERS PAINFUL TRIGGERS OF OCD!
Everyone, listen. Why is my mind troubled? It is simply because I think too much. A little ant runs to what pleasures it and runs from what it fears. Like so, I have become. I've been given this human form, but I react and act no different from an insect. I've been given intuition, grace, and divine understanding, but I only think of whats in the interest of this body, just like an animal. Why worry? The messenger of Death will grab a hold of this body/mind, we have no say.
White people, theyll wash their hands 1000000 times a day but will fuck the shit out of a dog and think its fine. Dirty bastards. The one thing they shouldnt do is touch dogs and thats the one thing they do too much!
I had OCD tendencies when I was younger and it went on for months until my family moved
Basically, I would stay up all night locking doors then unlocking them to lock them again (to make sure they were locked), in fear of people breaking in and murdering my family. It was kind of ridiculous, but the feeling was very intense and nearly had me in tears often.
@purtymusic how did you get rid of ocd? and at what age did it go away if you dont mind me asking?. im asking because i relate well with you especially about the 'murder my family' part but i have that 10000 times worse.
@channelin I was 9 when the uninvited thoughts really started so it ended when I was 10 or 11 (8ish months to a year). When my little sister found me locking the door to the stairs, she started staying up with me for 2 years. Though afterwards, I still had (and still do get) anxious thoughts and anxiety attacks and sometimes they are intense, I can avoid rituals.
Either way, you should tell someone how you're feeling, it can really lighten the load. I really owe my baby sister.
@purtymusic are you taking any medication...and if so do you feel it has caused any abnormal effects to your body/mind? i am thinking about taking celexa for my OCD but am worried about the effects during brain development. please give feedback on how you feel. please and thank you.
I HAVE THE SICKEST OCD, BUT THANK GOD I FOUND Zolpidem (Ambien, Stilnox) . IT RELEAXES U FOR ABOUT 5,, HOURS AND UR OCD VANISHES FOR SOMETIME, ITS NOT A PERMENANT CURE BUT U SHUD DEFINITELY TRY DIS TILL U RECOVER, NO MEDICINE WORKDED ON ME BUT DIS nd if u think ur living in hell, m in a much worse position but i Trust in God :) Keep ur trust alive, life can be beautiful, there is hope cz nothing is impossible for God, stay blessed
I've had OCD since I was a teenager. I'm 31 y/o now. I've seen some comments here that point out that she's touching the dogs and that she touched the wall, so it's fake/makes no sense. OCD doesn't make sense. It's often not logical. You can't look at a person and point out the inconsistencies and say they are faking it. With OCD you get a feeling (obsession) that something is wrong and then a compulsion to do something about it. It's often illogical. That doesn't mean it is fake though.
@t0f0b0 Amen! I too, suffer with OCD - and others have pointed out seeming inconsistencies with my rituals. And when people learn that I have OCD, they just assume that certain things will bother me - and often, they go out of their way to help in ways that I wouldn't have even thought about - and totally miss the things that really do bother me. :) OCD is a strange disease. People who don't suffer with it can never really understand. Empathy helps though! :)
@shanabananag are you taking any medication...and if so do you feel it has caused any abnormal effects to your body/mind? i am thinking about taking celexa for my OCD but am worried about the effects during brain development. please give feedback on how you feel. please and thank you.
@t0f0b0 please tell me there is some sort of treatment/ counseling for this that works. I have this and i think it is because i get frequent urinary tract infections from having to catheterize because of spina bifida.
@freethinker424 There is a highly effective, no cost treatment for OCD. Please view the first 12 minutes of the YouTube video "Changing Your Mind", then read "The Brain that Changes Itself" by Dr. Norman Doidge and finally Google: "Dr. Jeffery Schwartz 4 steps" for an online detailed description. Dr. Schwartz has treated over 1000 OCD patients at UCLA. Some needed antidepressants and/or antianxiety medication to get through the most difficult and painful start of treatment.
@t0f0b0 I´ve had OCD for years, since I was a child, just wasn't aware of all my compulsions as parts of a whole package. Like her i've come recently to wash my hands a serious ammount of times daily. I can make a pause and touch my dogs, of course, right after that i have to run and wash again. I just wish people understood more about OCD and stoped watching us like something weird and that doesn't make sense. Thanks for your comment
@CesarAuMorMol are you taking any medication...and if so do you feel it has caused any abnormal effects to your body/mind? i am thinking about taking celexa for my OCD but am worried about the effects during brain development. please give feedback on how you feel. please and thank you.
@t0f0b0 OCD is a pretty tricky thing, it totally messes with your mind, for example it makes you say:Ok other dogs are contaminated, but not these dogs, maybe that's why she indulges herself to touch them. This girl is much better now, she's achieved controling OCD and is an asistant for Dr. David Tolin, she appeared on a Vh1 reality show named The OCD Project. (That show is too much, by the way... way too extreme...)
I used to have extremely bad OCD. It haunted me for 10 years. It ruined my life. I still feel suffer from the effects of it everyday. From repeating something like 3 times to avoiding doing things from fear of making my OCD worse. I eventually decided to stop doing my constant rituals. Been free of OCD for 3 years and could not be happier. No regrets. If u want it to stop then just stop doing ur rituals and u will feel better. It's very hard, but worth it in the end. Good luck to people trying
@Bltheman1 I doubt that you can just say STOP ! It stops as time passes (sometimes fully, sometimes almost fully),at youth- mostly after puberty, or some years after . But if OCD occurs after 25th it almost can't be healed.
My story is actualy maybe the same as yours...lived through a living hell for a few years. Now stopped doing rituals, but pushing thoughts are smaler intensity, but never completely dissapeared...I just learned to live with them.
i have OCD and ADD and sometimes i find my self in my own little world and its really sucks...but what i hate the most is when people think its so funny and dont know what people with a disorder go through.
Ahhh the OCD...I was only 10 when it appeared for the first time and than everything started from it. Maybe now I am "OK" with it, but can't say healed because pushing thoughts have never completely dissappeared, they are here even while I am writing this...I just stopped doing what they were "ordering" me, and learned to live with them.
The worst thing now is that OCD left so much influence on me and resulted with many other "problems with my head" (it's a long list).
Guys, OCD isn't the greatest thing. I'm a potential sufferer. Some people think it's good because you can get organized and stuff, but it's not a good thing. People will suffer greatly from it. People with OCD may also have tics, which is constant muscle twitching or abnormal behaviors. Don't think OCD is good, it just sucks -.-
i have the smpthems of ocd i do things several times before i move on for example i open then close it 8 imes and iflick on and off the lights what ever makes me feel that i can move on
to a non sufferer o.c.d looks irrational. for the sufferer he or she also knows its irrational but still performs the repetitive action. this action can make you feel terribly ill but still you do it. heres a real weird scenario we are all programmed to do set things and its like a fault in our programming. i just like thinking outside the box and yes i do suffer o.c.d
I used to be OCD as fuck when i was a hell of alot younger, lost it over years tho. i think weed helps alot with realizing how fucking retarded and irrational your being, you gotta be able to look at life from a that 3rd eye.
So to open doors and what not else, she uses her feet that have been all over her floors and then when she has company and has to open the bathroom door or whatever, they pick up on all the germs that went from the floor > bottom of her foot > that door knob. Real nice... BITCH.

@TheStudioSEB my fact was right. you are a weak wuss and being in denial wont change that. ofcourse there are different ocd levels and all of them are very useful. so please dont, dont try to come up with a weak excuse for yourself. its pathetic.
IHAGEO 1 month ago
@IHAGEO You don't know me. I'm not saying I'm not fighting against this. I'm saying it's hard. Because my own mind is challenging me. I don't see any reason to start trolling with this as a subject. Trolling level 5/5... and shut up with that ''weak'' and ''wuss'', and ''pathetic''. Let's see if you are able to just say ''OK'' and just back off.
TheStudioSEB 1 month ago
@TheStudioSEB the fact that your fighting it shows that you are a dumb coward and trolling, my god the Internet is now filled with kids who really think calling each other for trolls is an insult. how immature
IHAGEO 1 month ago
@IHAGEO I'll fight back the same way you started. You're not a troll? You're living in denial.
TheStudioSEB 1 month ago
@TheStudioSEB yeah you have to convince your self that in order for you to continue living the denial while im completely praising my "disorder". now can you please leave me alone and go on living your pathetic existence. thank you

I had OCD tendencies when I was younger and it went on for months until my family moved
Basically, I would stay up all night locking doors then unlocking them to lock them again (to make sure they were locked), in fear of people breaking in and murdering my family. It was kind of ridiculous, but the feeling was very intense and nearly had me in tears often.
purtymusic 2 months ago 15

channelin 1 month ago
@channelin I was 9 when the uninvited thoughts really started so it ended when I was 10 or 11 (8ish months to a year). When my little sister found me locking the door to the stairs, she started staying up with me for 2 years. Though afterwards, I still had (and still do get) anxious thoughts and anxiety attacks and sometimes they are intense, I can avoid rituals.
Either way, you should tell someone how you're feeling, it can really lighten the load. I really owe my baby sister.

That doesn't mean it is fake though.
t0f0b0 2 months ago 29
@t0f0b0 exactly.
blueangelsletsgo 2 months ago
@t0f0b0 Amen! I too, suffer with OCD - and others have pointed out seeming inconsistencies with my rituals. And when people learn that I have OCD, they just assume that certain things will bother me - and often, they go out of their way to help in ways that I wouldn't have even thought about - and totally miss the things that really do bother me. :) OCD is a strange disease. People who don't suffer with it can never really understand. Empathy helps though! :)

@t0f0b0 please tell me there is some sort of treatment/ counseling for this that works. I have this and i think it is because i get frequent urinary tract infections from having to catheterize because of spina bifida.
freethinker424 1 month ago

Bltheman1 2 months ago

3rdsidetriangle 3 months ago
Ahhh the OCD...I was only 10 when it appeared for the first time and than everything started from it. Maybe now I am "OK" with it, but can't say healed because pushing thoughts have never completely dissappeared, they are here even while I am writing this...I just stopped doing what they were "ordering" me, and learned to live with them.
The worst thing now is that OCD left so much influence on me and resulted with many other "problems with my head" (it's a long list).
kontras23 3 months ago
Guys, OCD isn't the greatest thing. I'm a potential sufferer. Some people think it's good because you can get organized and stuff, but it's not a good thing. People will suffer greatly from it. People with OCD may also have tics, which is constant muscle twitching or abnormal behaviors. Don't think OCD is good, it just sucks -.-

to a non sufferer o.c.d looks irrational. for the sufferer he or she also knows its irrational but still performs the repetitive action. this action can make you feel terribly ill but still you do it. heres a real weird scenario we are all programmed to do set things and its like a fault in our programming. i just like thinking outside the box and yes i do suffer o.c.d
