the only thing about that type of deal is that you probably could have broken his arm before he hit the ground but as we don't intend to permanently injure those we train with and compete against sometimes we get fucked out of certain things that could have won the match.
yeah i really got screwed. I didn't think that he was going to slam me - slamming was suppose to be illegal in this tournament. If I knew he was going to slam me down, I would have turn to my stomach and land all my weight on his elbow instead.
lol...what happened? If your going to go for a flying armbar make sure you finish it quick or get injured. I give you props for a clean setup though. Check out my no-gi flying armbar.
match continued...dude escaped the armbar. I swept him for 2 points to side control. Then they stopped the match to clean up my blood and continued the match.
I was up 4-2 and then the guy slipped in a sleeve choke in half-guard. =(
