Space Marines arent really genetically altered, they just have all their organs replaced with man made ones (without anesthetic), I don't believe any others have any type of physical or genetic mutations.

Waffle, you are close, but wrong. They are genetically altered, for genes from the Primarch, like Rogal Dorn, or Roboute Gulliman alters their genes. But there are man made organs placed in them. There was one case i know of that an imperial guardsman was made into a space marine and his hands were mutated. It depends on the age.
