Awesome dude, I'm from London now going Cardiff Uni and learning as I go about the whole parkour thing. How fit would you say you have to be, stamina-wise, to get as good as this? 5/5 subbed btw

stamina is a great skill in parkour, you dont need much if your just going to do a few jumps but you will need to increase it by doing a few laps of the track everyday or maybe even once or twice a week, peak fitness is best for parkour, you also need to be able to pull yourself up onto a ledge at least 6 feet high, ive currently got a broken leg and im on crutches so the strength in my arms has increased by far, try yourself out on a pull-up bar or some crutches if you can get hold of any

However, I have a question to ask. How do you manage to get your video widescreen but small enough so the quality isn't distorted and yet have HD? I try using 16:9 settings and stuff in vegas but it's all going to hell. Any explanation on how to export a video like yours would be much appreciated.

In vegas I exported as best quality with 720*408 dimensions and CBR with one bit-rate thing selected and all quality settings up to full. Seemed to turn out alright when played in high quality.
