Awesome how-to-use a router intro! I inherited my grandfathers wood shop and I've been getting into it just piddlin' around, it's time for some projects though. He taught me all the safety facts but I was too young to get all the methods. Headed there now to stoke the fire & get crackin on some picture frames!

I have to admit that I was not into this project in the beginning, but when I saw Hasselhoff picture in it... it rocks!!! :-) .... nah!

@dreamcaster4639 Is uses that more with the table saw. Not sure if the router table is even big enough to handle it. And the router is much less dangerous.

Nice! I immediately went into my shop and made the project and it went very smooth, until I cut the miters I realized that my inlay was not in the center and not realizing that before cutting the miters I ended up with miters with non matching profiles.!! The learning was great though

A really good example for using the router to take a boring piece of wood and turning it into something gorgeous. I mean the frame, not the Hoff.
