@Aryzeil If the skill level is on "Damn I'm Good" that message will pop up. My guess is that he had a a key bound for a cheat and accidentally hit it, because also on that difficulty, you can't cheat, he used a Medkit which is bound to the letter M normally, so no he didn't cheat.

Anyway, good run, could be a improved in some areas, but otherwise pretty good.

@Spirrwell Yeah I was using WADS for movement and at that moment I panicked and spammed towards the M button. The combination of me probably hitting "d" and "n m j k ," registered as an ingame code as most codes start with "dn," "dnkroz," "dnstuff," etc.

In Toxic Dump, you don't have to get the red key, you can just do the jump+duck trick to get into the duct, and if you do that, you don't have to worry about getting stepped on by the monsters.

You misunderstand it. The achievement is doing the first level, not the whole episode (the bit he does in 15 seconds). It's easy, you can do it like this for 15 seconds, or you can do it in about 50 seconds just by running through the cinema, getting the red card and dashing straight to the end all in run mode without stopping.

there is an better speedrun on youtube, but well done. times i did the first 3 lvls: 1 - 12 secs, 2 - 56 secs, 3 - 1 minute and 38 secs, 4 - 1 minute and 1 sec, last - 2 minutes and 56 secs. :D well done again one the other way.
