Nah, the Tau Firewarriors have better shooters than basic shoota boys, it might have been a different story if they were fighting Flash Gitz.
As for the Kroot Carnivores, theyre higher up their respective tech ladder than stormboys, a Chaos equivalent of sorts would be a squad of possessed marines, infact they're the best melee fighters in the game.

Just another race with a kill everything agenda, then I'd much rather see the Tyranids since they're one of the classic races, the fluff is nice and they look great. People need to know where Blizzard got All their ideas from :P
