Choose a tempo, and stick with it. The chorus was way slower than the first verse. It throws the entire song out of wack. Do you have a metronome? Also your singing has too much expression. Tone it down a little, and be yourself so that it doesn't sound like an exaggerated imitation. You do sound better than I did at that age though... You're on your way kid.
