Yes, it is special. It was one of the first times as an adult I dared sing for another (other than my child...hehe) - so maybe the universe rewards me for that bravery!

It still remains my most viewed video, in spite of that publicity I got for my bath 'Crazy' one! And has been fav'd 76 times so far - which is just lovely to think of people enjoying it all over the place :) 'We did good' :)

Dear Sunbeam, that was extraordinary and moving! So child-like in it's rythms, like a Nursery Rhyme! And aren't we grownups still just like children in a way? Especially when we consider the Great Source from where we all came from long ago! It really touched a spot in my heart, since I feel the connection to the Earth and Nature too! Angelo and I made this sometime in 2007 - seems ages ago now! lol. In pre-YT days! When I came on YT in Feb 2008, it was one of my earlier uploads -before I braved stepping in front of the cam!

I was so delighted with it when he mixed it - as it made a beautiful song, magical. When I was on that retreat, I did 'get' another little song come to me all of my own - similar chant style. I will maybe seek that out and look at posting it.

Wow! I can't believe I have finally found this song! I learned this when I was 5 at a Summer Solstice gathering somewhere in NY. I believe it was one of the only summers I remember that clearly. We all gathered around a camp fire, after a sweat lodge, and sang traditional Native American songs; this was one of them and it's such a beautiful song. Thank you for posting!!
