Mate massive fan of your vids. Watch your car grow in power vid after vid. I just recently got the APS phase 2 kit which was installed and tuned by autotech engineering currently pullin 330KW. Mate keep the vids comin there a pleasure to watch.
haltec e8 and sencers 3.5inch hiflow stainless exhaust, valve springs, cam ,intercooler, injectors and fuel pump's and a 2 stage boost contoler running 5 psi and 16psi thats what i would do if i brought a xr6 turbo
no point replacing the the pcm with a haltech. ford spend fuck loads of time and money making the stock computer so easy to program, u can basically program it for anything. theres a bf gt twin turbo still running the stock pcm, its just been reflashed proving how good they r. wouldnt bother with cams, vct is good enough
nice turb mate, just bought a mk 2 ba myself, stock as but jeeze she flies, off the line she hangs with my inlaws super pursuit ute easy, just theres has waaaaaay longer legs than mine, these cars are the best !!
My mates BF makes 267 and seems a bit more responsive in the top end, hard to compare I guess due to the BF having the ZF auto and revised v/springs and rods etc. Not calling u a lier just interesting.
yep completely different gear box of course it will have different characteristics. The valve springs have nothing to do with it mine are upgraded nizpro springs anyway.
@Senninha1960 A built 4 speed will smash a 6 speed ZF anyday, the rods and the valve spring factor dont come into this subject because you can get 310rwkws out of stock BA valve springs and rods.
@Senninha1960 Yeh man i agree ay, but it has been done, my dads made 310rwkw on standard valve springs, only ran 10psi, but was tuned for hours by dynowog, he tuned it for nothing to :P it was an experiment back when the turbos first come out he was one of the first people to use an EMS stinger on xr6t.
My turbo runs an flash tune and gets 242 at 9.5psi huge difference ay :) He had bigger injectors and nizpro cooler, bigger exhaust and he made his own CAI for it :) was awesome car.
lol yeh porting the wastegate and getting the 12psi actuator makes a MASSIVE difference! In the last video it was a tyre chirper now its a tyre frier lol

Traction is always an issue with the XR6T.
Try some Yokohama 40ZR/19 then see what happens.
