  • SEESTEM!

  • Amazing just how many songs are heavily influenced by the Beatles

  • I can certainly tell "You Like Me Too Much" influenced this. Great song.

  • You might enjoy Stheno & Euryale if you like these guys

  • the beatles, the la's, the coral. Three liverpool bands. All utterly brilliant.

  • @FretLegendSmithy The Coral are from Wirral and still brilliant.

  • Great band with a real Liverpool vibe going on - Wirral lads but loads of fambo in Scouseland. James a big Red sings boss!

  • @TheMerseyBoy Yea, such a shame nobody likes scousers!

  • @Talisman09 i like scousers, dickhead. You not like Miles Kane? course you do, everyone fucking loves Miles Kane.

  • Scousers should be taxed to make up for them being loud.

  • @foreskinforest Shut up you prick.

  • @Talisman09 get a life crank!!!

  • check out their acoustic stuff his voice is really really soulful. Look up 'Dreaming of You' acoustic you won't be disappointed :)

  • are you doing the bus driver?

  • Scrubs!! <3 :)

    love it!

  • same like with 'dreaming of you'. In this version the song is just perfect but only cause they modified it. Live its terrible.

  • Love this.

  • I cant believe no Scrubs brought me here xD?

Ok but Scrubs really brought me here ^^"

  • "Today is the tomorrow you worried about yesterday."

  • This song had better be playin' at my funeral

  • Dammit, gramma!

  • Very, The Kinks ishhhh

  • The song of my life...

  • jajaja the grandma is very humorous

  • Every year since 2003, this has been one of the most frequently played songs on my playlist.

  • The Coral = The New Beatles :D

'cause their musics Rocks! and they come from the Merseyside

  • @OlivR93 Yeah they pick up where the beatles left off imo:)

  • i guess i understand all the dislikes because this isn't typical from the band. but if you didn't know the coral, you'd probably think this was a pretty good little song for this genre.

  • @IngramCecilConnor Can't understand the dislikes myself, ace song, but this is their "typical" sound, psychadelic 60s vibe. Majorly underrated band. Think the explosion of britpop in the mid nineties of Oasis and the like, made it harder for their sound to make an impact.

  • @cailinaschilldara not realy underatted since i first heard about them at number 8 on a top uk bands website

  • @cailinaschilldara underrated I think not. Alot of great musicians say the coral are an insperation. So in that sense their music has made a great impact even if the impact itself is not coming from them. Maybe the world wasn't really ready for their genius

  • @cailinaschilldara Because it sounds a lot like country with a psycadelic singing voice. It's not bad I'm just not a fan.

  • @cailinaschilldara Oasis killed the britpop sound of the ninetys, the real britpop bands were like The La's, The Coral and Blur! Oasis did the sound to death and look where they are now, playing shitty rip offs of sixties songs llike Don't Look Back In Anger, which has all the same chords as Let It Be but with an extra chord.

    BRING BACK THE 60's ;D

  • @EmJayBreen Yeah man, this is song isn't a 60's rip off at all.

  • @myleftknee It isnt a 60's rip off? Name a Sixties song that sounds like this.

  • @EmJayBreen Take it you've not heard of The Byrds or Quicksilver Messanger Service?

  • @myleftknee Heard of the Byrds yeah obviously but who the fuck are QMS? Xd

  • @EmJayBreen Well how the fuck can you say this isn't 60's influenced if you haven't a clue about what music was knocking about then?

  • @EmJayBreen 60s rip off or not, the 60s had great music, so why not do that style? As for Don't Look Back In Anger, that sounds absolutely nothing like Let It Be. But that's how music evolves anyway - everyone nicks off everyone else, and in turn, you get those who bring out really good stuff, such as The La's, The Coral, Blur AND Oasis.

  • Scrubs + Shazam = Me happy.

  • ONLY 2.32 IS A REAL SHAME WHERES THE REPEAT BUTTON ?

  • And when it's done

    And all this is gone

Just find a feeling pass it on

  • You like me too much, the Beatles

  • You like me too much, the Beatles

  • that older lady freely dancing around with that smile is precious.

  • Scrubs - the busdriver muahahaha

  • that is really the cutest granny i've ever seen

when i grow old i want to be like her

  • this just lifted my mood thx coral :P

  • The verses do sound a lot like 'you like me too much' by The Beatles/Harrison, but this is a great song in it's own right. So mellow

  • 'Cos you like me too much and I like you.

  • i'de love to have a cmaera that gave that old style effect :/

  • You'll never leave me and you know it's true,

'cause you like me too much and I like you.

    Anyone else feeling it?

  • This band has so much talent , hope they keep on Growing !

ps happykyle if you had even half a brain you would know that England & The United States of America are nearly one and the same , brothers in allot more than music , in Blood . Oh , Your such a moron

  • @DEEPFREEZESIXTY8 brothers in blood...well that's true...

but americans are so different to british people...

  • Those guys are so adorable, brings back memories. I can't believe it was 2003, I would have bet the song was a bit older, but there you have it.

  • SCOUSERS RUL THE WORLD

  • @bundylives No Sunderland and Liverpool Draw the World :)

  • Awesome !

  • Fucking epic song/video

  • The Coral - Awsome band

  • Just watched them at Kendal Calling when I wasn't working...They were excellent.

  • This British/American pride and nationalism is bullshit. Good and bad music transcend borders. Every country has produced a ton of the latter, and increasingly less of the former. The country that produced the Spice Girls can't pretend it's got a landslide of good music compared to the country that invented blues, jazz, and rock. This limey/yank back and forth is so tiresome.

  • @JiangZiyaTabooDays I personally have nothing against American music at all and agreed with your point. Then you made a terrible argument. The Spice Girls do not out weigh the Beatles/Stones/Pistols/Who/Kinks/Small Faces/Oasis/Zeppelin/Radiohead/Sabbath/Arctics etc etc etc. The amount of shite that pours out of America each year, and you mention Spice Girls? Also America didn't invent rock and you won't hear anyone else trying to take blues and jazz away from you. They're all yours.

  • @JiangZiyaTabooDays thats a bold statement saying america invented blues and jazz thats taking credit for african slave's genius, if someone invented it it was africa and rock well... thats just out of order. your statements are opinion not fact not fact at all.

  • @JiangZiyaTabooDays

I agree wholeheartledly about the national pride bollocks, but I disagree about the spice girls. Sure the girls were pretty lousy, but the people writing for them were not. Some of their songs are very well put together, and have meaningful lyrics. They were just there purely for the image, really. I think they were meant to be 'down-to-earth' good looking, hence all that girl power bullshit, which in a way is just as bad as nationalism. I await the backlash on this one, hah

  • proper boss tune. their best

  • since were on the subject jimi formed his band in britain and toured before he did in america

  • @bigwrench01 he did huh? i didnt know that. well ya learn something new everyday

  • is this a cover of beatles?

  • Love the 8mm film style. r.i.p. Kodachrome.

  • Grandma rocks! :)

  • lovin it!!

  • Hehe, my grandma just dances like that in my village's carnival. All they are so lovely! :)

  • whats the best coral song???

  • @oithisisfranny Ask God.

  • @oithisisfranny dreaming of you

  • @imkatherineee: "Pass it on" and "In the morning" are pretty close.....I'm still looking for more good coral songs!

  • @oithisisfranny dreaming of you

  • I used to work in a bar in Hoylake and served the Dad regularly of of one of them when they first got signed.

  • they arnt scouse, they are from the wirral! across the river from liverpool!

  • <3 The Coral.

  • looks like 'you like me too much' by the beatles! but still love the coral! :)

  • despite them being dirty scousers, they can play some music.

  • scouse power laaaaaa

  • this song starts out so awesome, but then goes all shitty in the chorus

  • ...

  • For every tear cried in shame

There'll be someone else to blame

And every crime that I commit

There'll be a punishement to fit

But I'd accept what's coming round

If I could only lose this sound

  • @LyricTo101 this song was in Scrubs!? I remember Dreaming of You being in it, but not this.

  • @JJHoser yeh it was the busdriver song

    driving driving passenger on

  • @LyricTo101 For us honkeys its a very important dance.

  • verse sounds very much like the verses to "You like me too much" by The Beatles!!

  • Woooooo awesome!

  • When it's done

    All this is gone

Just find the feeling pass it on...

    Amazing !

    the smiths

    the jam

  • why do all the british bands seem to appeal to me more?

  • cause britan produce the best bands in the world

  • @badburns1992 this is very true. in fact

I shall list a few of the many bands that come form britian.

    1. Beatles

    2. Oasis

    3. Supergrass

    4. The Cure

    5. The who

    6. supergrass

    7. def leppard

    8. the sex pistols

  • i cuddent agree more :)

  • you forgot sUpergrass

  • @DaveLovesDoves i accidentally put it twice in my first list. look down a little ways.

  • Don't forget Led Zeppelin! And the Hendrix Experience!

Commenting on the song, this REALLY reminds me of the Beatles. They have HUGE potential; Too bad one of them left.

  • @Astrosimi I did forget Zeppilen thanks. But Jimi wasn't from the UK he was from the US but he was just bigger there than he was here. oh man, I also forgot pink floyd! OMG! so more to the list:

    1. Led Zeppelin

    2. Pink Floyd

  • what do you mena one of them left? They broke up the band, and than John was shot and George later died of lung cancer. They ALL left, I don't think any of them recovered either, except Paul.

  • @CBeliever he doesnt mean the beatles lol. though i get why you would think that XD but he was talking about the coral.

  • @JJHoser

    The rolling stones

    the kinks

    Peter greens fleetwood mac

    deep purple

    cream

    Queen

  • @JJHoser top band aint they?

  • @goldyn12345 who? lol sorry i forgot who we were talking about... lol

  • @JJHoser fuckin hell you got dementia mate? lol

  • @JJHoser maybe... i dont know yet XD

  • @JJHoser

They got more soul in it i guess

  • they can make and play good music....not just some pretty guys or girls that the record labels make them to.

  • @nilasor08 yeah but so can bands like metallica, green day, blink 182. Its just that british bands have a more vibrant sound i guess. XD

  • @JJHoser because we know how to make real music, are proper quality not to mention ultra edgy.

  • @ritaedu1 not to mention british bands dont conform to styles, they all create their own sounds

  • @JJHoser because british is best ;)

  • @JJHoser because they are real and Americans are fake.

  • @G3org3Master maybe american pop. but people like rush, red hot chili peppers. those bands have serious musicianship. as do many others

  • @JJHoser Heh, Rush is Canadian, but anyway you're right.

  • @JiangZiyaTabooDays really? Wow, I didnt know that, like i said, I learn something new everyday.

  • @JJHoser Because there is a wealth of talent in the UK especially due to the great bands we have produced in the past which is a clear influence to the more modern bands. However many great bands come from other countries too!

  • @joemonaghan02 yeah dude, alot of bands come from other coutries like sepultura isnt from the US or Britian.

  • @JJHoser because we have better music

  • @JJHoser because we've got a culture like no other!.. sex drugs and quality music music!

  • @cam691988 england is the absence of culture my friend

  • @JJHoser because there cool :')

  • @JJHoser cuz the majority of us music is pop.. or pop rock.. or pop rap shit. you get the idea.

  • @JJHoser

it is insane. how many great bands come out of what is really a small group of islands. america is the same. I think its something to do with English as a language and singing in it.

  • @omad84 very well put. I agree. I think because we can make so many great meaningful lyrics the way we form our language, It makes the english speaking bands write better instrumental tracks to live up to the potential of the lyrics.

  • @JJHoser because america sucks.

  • cuz they're great!!!!!!!!!!

  • @JJHoser because ther better

  • great tune..in other words

    Pay it forward

  • One of the best things they've ever written, and from their best album.

  • awesome music, shame about the fans

    cheers for the upload!!

  • it brings back memeries

  • Great song

  • Yet another band to come out the window of liverpool, the home of music, the beatles came out the front door

  • you came out the back door didnt ya...there from the wirral you tit.

  • The Wirral lad.

  • @oasistouringvan When did Hoylake cross the river and become part of Liverpool?

  • @davbob Probably in the same way as bands like the Chemical Brothers who are Londoners, the Bee Gees who are born in the Isle of Man,Ian Brown who's from Warrington and the Verve who only has on Wiganer in them, one scouser,a St Helens (merseyside) lad and a Southerner in it became Manc bands? The Hollies are even Lancastrian with on Salford exception?

  • @oasistouringvan not liverpool, Wirral different place close to Liverpool though, A little town called Hoylake in the Wirral :)

  • @oasistouringvan She came in through the bathroom window

  • @oasistouringvan so why u using oasis as a name if Liverpool is the home of music?? i beg to differ and i believe manchester is a better melting pot than liverpool for music!! just my opinion!!

  • @oasistouringvan i found it very funny that someone who is going on about liverpool is called oasistouringvan.

  • my favorite song of the week!!! and sure it'll become one of my favorite songs ever

  • Listened to this because i used to think it was good

  • i dont care

  • Don't bring football into music you wanker, it's moronic! Muso's love music because it's NOT followed by wankers like football is!

  • fuck off cunt, music and football are married.

  • i'll drink to that

  • the coral are from the wirral hoylake to do exact

  • the last decent scouse band, them and the zutons,..!!!

  • der busfahrertanz... :D scrubs

  • The Byrds can fly again. :)

  • i love how the scouse accent is so distinctive when they sing, better than that fake transatlantic accent you here a lot of English bands have! hope Lee Mavers comes back, any scouser reads this, give him kick up the arse!

  • Scouse accent is wank so is Brummey, Cockney forever!!

  • Scouse accent has cheered 5 European cups at Anfield, Brummey accent has cheered European cup at Villa Park, Cockney accent has cheered no European cups, lol

  • you are a fucking cockney retard...

'wank' can never be used as an adjective you illiterate wanker

why would you even watch the video just to criticise the scouse accent? is that really all you have to do with your spare time? poor you...

  • cooler song
