Collegiate matches are loud and noisy.... I think it was better coz it was a constant noise instead of bowlers balking because of a sudden noise... it isn't hard to bowl in a lot of noise or dead silence, as long as its consistent

@001GenLee Yeah it was quite a idiotic attempt by the PBA to get the fans involved and maybe raise the popularity of the sports. It is not as iff the PBA commissioner sprung this concpet on the players. The players have their own association to protect their rights and obviously they approved of this lunancy. You have to figure that since both bowlers have to put up with it in a match then it does not favor one or another unless one is used to bowling with noise.
