but other then that, why does it rev the engine so high? my explorers idle is less then 1000, urs was at 1500+ it looked like.

I don't think they're meant for showing off, they are meant to heat up your car during harsh and cold winters, especially in the morning.

The funny thing is the ONLY thing I put in was a new stereo, everything else I bought the car as is! Also the person before me had a pretty nice sound system in there because not only there are aftermarket speakers in it, but the trunk also has Dynamat in it (:

I have one..its been like 3 years its cool cuz on cold days u can be inside the house getting ready and turn on the car...and have it ready ...but this is the second stater we but in it...and after a while it wont turn on w/ the key we NEED the remote control to start it..and make sure it has good batteries or else ur gonna b stranded like me...LOL

Any way it is in park the whole tim if your put the key in and turn to the on position then put ur foot on the brake thing then,you can go into drive you can without the key but the car will die lol.

I got the same system on my 02 Camry, love it in the cold winter. I only wish my remote looks as good as yours.

Note: Never let your buddy throw you the keys if you suck at catching. My remote is now taped together but still works.

I make my own remote control for my eagle talon and i got it from a remote control toy(only 5 bucks) and now i call it "aproaching remote control system" because i don't press any buttons at all,i just get close to my car and open the door and start itself and shut down when i get away from it, but i can turn it off any time

Hi why don't you have your siren on? If you would like to turn them on just push buttons 1 and 2 at the same time and a little siren picture should show up on the remote.
