  • do you have a reserve parachute and a 3 ring system to cut away?

  • COOL!!

  • Paul, PLEASE !

At 0.58 - 0.59, you pull "something" off your wing, and got the "big ears". What do you pull ?

    Big thanks from France,

    Rodolphe

  • Rudolphe. I simply pull the lines that are attached to the wing tips (the outer "A" lines). I have "split A risers" that makes big ears easy. I think many but not all wings have "split A's".

  • Thanks for your answer, Paul

Do you guess my Sting 250 Powerplay has a "split A's" ?

    Good flights !

    Rod

  • Wonderfull vid, Paul. May be one of the best I have ever seen about our so nice sport !

  • Thanks Clauteaux, you have always been so kind.

The camera is the new Gopro HD. It is attached to a short stick that is taped to my foot.

  • Please, Paul, can you describe this "short stick" Its the equipment I cannot find here.

    Thanks,

    Rod

  • Another great one Paul.

  • Well done Paul.

Now go and make another one!

    Right now.

  • Very well done Paul. Superb!!!

  • Nice one!

  • Excellent video, Paul--thanks for sharing the sheer joy of flying!

  • It was all done on a green screen in my garage--- just kidding.

  • hi 444, nice angle and quality. what kind of camere do u use?

  • Just out. The Gopro HD

  • r u satisfied with it? thanks

  • Very. (but it's a little early to make a complete assessment)

  • Is that a PAP? If so what model and how do you find it?

  • Airfer. Very similar to a PAP.

  • That really does look awsome. I didn't realise you could gain such altitude on a PPG. I wouldn't try it though, I'd either sh#t my pants, or break my legs trying to land ;-)

  • Oh yes, we can go almost as high as we like (legal limit 18000 ft). I flew a mile and a half high this summer just for the heck of it.

And don't worry about landing. I rarely sh#t my pants and only occasionally brake my legs and only once have I done both at the same time.
