Your no scopes seem legit I'll give you that but most of these "quick scopes" aren't quick scopes at all they're just hard scopes that you zoom in find them and then zoom out real quick. Just becuase you zoom out real quick doesn't make the shot a quickscope. Sorry to burst your bubble mate but there was only a minority of quickscopes in there.

you dont need to wait for the scope to come up if your close range. thats why u get steady aim as a perk. the cross hairs also get smaller as you zoom in increasing accuracy
