  • @MrSKSkill I

  • I'm sick of the Ron Paul adds!!!!! >:(

    Anyways, nice shooting :)

  • Love it Brother! Check out my Modernized Mak-90!

  • any site to get HD gun blueprints?

  • ok aimpoint is awesome

  • aimpoint?

  • Anyone know Who sells slant cut stocks and grips for mac 90s

  • @AC5SSC Ironwood Designs

  • @AC5SSC Ironwood Designs

  • @MrSKSkill Thanks

  • where you get the magazine release?

  • @n8tiveboi I think it's a Command Arms AK Mag release.

  • where's the modernisation?

  • @cloudycolacorp ur an idiot

  • @ruinerfixxxer how so?

  • I have a straight cut mak 90 receiver. How difficult was it to install the vltor stock mount? I jnow the mak 90 has a 1.6 mm thicker receiver and thicker barrel. How difficult was it to install the vltor? Any problems with fittint the arsenal lower? Same for the ultimak scout rail..great video, thank you for sharing your rifle with us.

  • what kind of mags are those?

  • @JHart2009 They look like Bulgarian Polymer Mags. I think he uses them because the CAA mag release catches on mags with the rib down the back.

  • I'm not a person to usually comment on videos, but I would just like to say now THAT is an AK

  • hi, very nice video, just wondering what model is tht mount on aimpoint?

  • 922r compliant?

  • @nunvikingsofthesea

obviously, there are prob more US parts than original parts now

  • @nunvikingsofthesea explain what that means please

  • @RakeyRaker the rifle was imported into the country as a sporter which means it can have all original parts. If you want to put on a pistol grip and a normal stock, you have to replace the original parts with US made parts. Doesnt make much sense, its just something the government does to make life harder.

  • not so fast cajunkie94 the new nato rounds are better than the ak rounds by a longshot. their faster, more accurate, and just as powerful.

  • American assault rifles are better in every area. Russian weapons suck balls

  • @driveby14000 "Opinions are like assholes. Everybody's got one and everyone thinks everyone else's stinks."...... I owned multiple (<- Since I build them) and I can kinda agree.. When you want to hit you target every shot American "Assault Rifles" are the best way to go.. But if you want pure power and reliability, Soviet guns IMO are much better.....

  • @CaJunkie94 i find a shorter bullet and higher moa a bad trade off for reliability. want powerfull, accurate, and bad ass? can't go wrong with m1a. although ak's are pretty sweet for dirt cheap.

  • @GxRATE Or an AR-10 :)

  • What would be the cost for a setup like that? with me having my own MAK-90?

  • who ever said AKs were inaccurate pieces of shit?

  • @joel1mcdargh everybody says so.

  • @joel1mcdargh the person who calculated it at 2 moa.

  • i love this video good job with the Mak 90 i am not sure what style of mount i wanna go with my mak 90 cause they got a AK cover that has a flat top mounts now

  • How did he run the Vltor stock tube on a MAK90? I ask because the MAK90 has a longer tang and the vltor tube is setup for the standard shorter euro tang.

  • this man know his guns sweet AK

  • i like arsenal the best

  • Thats a badass rail mount, as well as all around setup! Great vid

  • where is the modernized ak all i see is a polished turd

  • is that a ctr stock on a tapco interfuse. howd he get it on ther

  • @Ranger115gamer

    Not tapco, its a Vltor..

  • @Ranger115gamer you can buy AR15 buffer tubes that are designed for AKs so you can put any AR15 stock on it.

  • @Ranger115gamer I wonder if slide fire solutions has a bump-fire stock for the ak platform???

  • I don't know about everybody else, my mak-90 came with a better trigger than my s&w mp-15

  • Does anyone make a good replacement stock for the Chinese slant milled receiver for the Norinco MAK -90?

  • Isn't aimpoint gets some heat from barrel and gas tube, and misted? No problems with that?

  • @Vectar84

I have never heard of that issue

  • @zodiac1218

No, Chinese receivers are different than European

  • Comment removed

  • @GunWebsites

While the receiver is thicker (1.5mm vs 1mm) standard AK furniture will bolt on just as on any other AK variant. The only exception being that SOME Mak90's have a slant-cut receiver that requires a special buttstock. The only way to tell is to remove the OEM thumbhole stock to have a look. The Mak90 in this video has a straight cut stock and can use any standard AK furniture. Many people assume that all Mak90's have slant cut receivers but that isn't the case.

  • @jkbabb

You obviously have never attempeted to replace a MAK90 stock, LOL

Sure there are different 'cuts' in back, and slant cuts are very difficult to find replacement parts for..

But wherever you read that about the thicker receivers not being an issue was wrong .. it is obvious that a stock that fits perfect or even tight into a standard size would not fit at all in one 1mm less wide without modification

  • @GunWebsites

no disrespect intended, I enjoy your videos. I have a Norinco Mak90, Norinco NHM91, Egyptian Maadi and a Romanian SAR-1. The Norincos and Maadi are all 1.5mm receivers with straight cuts. I added an RPK buttstock to the NHM91 and can freely exchange the Mak90, NHM91, SAR-1 and Maadi stocks w/o any fitting. Maybe I just got lucky? Either way, the Norincos are the best built AKs on the market IMHO and I will only buy Chicom AK's in the future.

  • This is the best " tact' " up AK I've ever seen, it's simple and it works.

I've lost count of the number of "tacticle" ARs and AKs that are festooned with extraneous "tacticle" crap.

  • @whylie74 spell tactical right....

  • @purplecurtisimo why should I? spend enough time and read enough comments and you'll soon see that there are a number spellings for any word, anyway I'm dyslexic, that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it.

  • What handguard is that on the front of the mak-90? I'm looking to replace mine but I know some manufacturers have fit issues with the norincos.

  • You installed Aimbot in that sight didn't you?! :P

  • @TommAidoh

It is an Aimpoint, not a rip off of one

  • @GunWebsites Haha It was a joke dude :P I thought the accuracy was amazing, Aimbot is a hacking program used in fps video games to make the computer aim for you.

  • @TommAidoh

    oh, not familiar with that

  • damn that MAK 90 is sexy as shit. excellent shots too. this proves me point: point being that the ak platform is actually pretty accurate. very accurate if u really know what ur doing....good stuff GW

  • What ring is that Aimpoint in?

  • so what do u think about the norincos stacking up against a bulgarian version?

i know apples to oranges right, but i can throw an apple farther than an orange!!

  • who makes that mag release?

  • Love Ak's say all you want. Give me an ak over anything in a gun fight period or send me to anither planet, but give an AK. I dinhave 6 AR's so dont go there Yeah you too and same to you. Hahahahaaa nice videos.

  • Can I has all that brass? LOL

  • @neverneen

    It's steel though

  • Aks are totally the bomb for lefties!!! ...... to bad I'm righty = (

  • i would think the Ultimak gas tube would induce unwanted barrel harmonics

  • @zboyco -__- its an AK. if you miss, shoot again. repeat as necessary, results may vary.

  • @password19821 thanks for enlightening me. not

  • Sweet

  • if your fingers blow up how are you going to grab the mag?

  • @luiskilla91592 thumbs XD

  • ultimaks are wonderful , the aimpoint mounted on the gas tube is the way to go with optics on aks.

  • @SpiritofAdventure22 A Saiga is a real Russian AK.

  • Wait, that mag release is only $13.00? I am going to pick myself up a few of them, and I do not even own an AK. I have no idea why everyone does not know about those at that price and that level of usefulness.

  • I want to build one identical to his, except using an Arsenal. ..and maybe a flash light.

  • @datamaggot

Right on.. I have the date for the next range day if you want to 'call in sick' !!

  • -- Very nice!

  • What in gods name has he done to the kalashnikov portion of this rifle? i know this is a chinese copy but REALLY. a MAGPUL STOCK ON AN AK TYPE RIFLE. THIS MAN HAS NO SHAME.

  • How was the trigger on that? Every Chinese I've ever fired had really bad trigger slap.

  • @DocTacDad

    Really??

I've never felt trigger slap from a Chinese.. only from some Romanians

  • @GunWebsites Well...my vast (sarcasm) experience has been from only 2 different Chinese AKs, so maybe it was just those guns.

  • @GunWebsites Well some people are more sesitive to trigger issues I have found. I do not own any, but found the Chinese triggers to be just fine in the AKs and SKSs. The only trigger I ever hated was on the infamous J22 Jennings.

  • @GunWebsites thats weird, i sold my chinese and bought a "romAK" because the chinese slapped to bad to shoot too bad without gloves. none at all on my romanian

  • @colton12344321

Oh I hear you on that.. I don't mean to say all Romanians are bad, most are very well made IMO.. but there happen to be a few sloppy AK models out there and a few are Romanian

Slap can come from worn parts as well as sloppy manufacture.. so I'd wager any model could develop it

  • @colton12344321Slap as in trigger slap? Never had it on any of the six Chinese AK's I have. Somebody might have replaced the FCG on your one as trigger slap is pretty unheard of on them. The Romanian AK's on the other hand, were notorious for trigger slap before they changed out the FCG and triggers for tapco ones. I had a Romanian RPK with trigger slap.

  • @esh325 man thats strange, everyone is having opposite experiences than i. my romak was stock when i bought it so i dont know about the trigger. the Chinese i bought from a friend, dont know if he did anything to it either. all i do know is that i could only shoot a mag without a glove cause it hurt so bad haha

  • @colton12344321 My Mak 90 trigger was amazing and didn't have any slap. They are considered to be the best in some opinions.

  • free float attached to the barrel umm. great vid though.

  • free float attached to the barrel umm. great vid though.

  • free float attached to the barrel umm. great vid though.

  • Fun Shoot

  • GW.com shooters, the AK mag release attachment that the AK owner showed is EMA's AKMR. I read about it yesterday. Sounds very interesting especially for speed reload type shooters.

  • soldiersystems[dot]net/2010/08/12/ema-tacticals-akmr/

  • *DING*DING*DING*...music to my ears

  • Really nice gun, love the release and the sights.

  • were can you get that mag release.

  • Very nice... I couldn't understand him but did he say 1.5 cm receiver? My I.O is only 1.1 or 1.2 I believe and I thought that was great because it's a little thicker.

  • @synn1980

    yup Chinese receivers are 1.5

  • @GunWebsites mm's no? not cm's

  • @GunWebsites I thought they were 1.6mm? I will check mine.

  • that's not a ak-47 it's a tip 76.

  • UK gun laws suck ass, I envy you people XD

  • @watts4563 not more than Brazil gun laws, I also envy them... BTW, this AK is gorgeous...

  • thats a cool gun!

  • Used to own one back in the early 90's, and would have to say its a great gun. Its definitely not a very refined rifle, but dependable and fun to shoot.

  • Caliber?

  • how good is the quality on a MAK-90? I have never heard any bad things but Its Chinese so Im on the edge

  • @machinegun911 The Chinese make crappy trinkets, but their AK's are some of the best. The only thing better than a Chinese AK is maybe an Arsenal or Saiga.

  • @SavageArms357 Nice info. i too, thought the chinese AK was shit.

  • @SavageArms357

I think Bulgarian AK's are top quality as well. AMERICAN, Russian/Bulgarian in that order. I would class Chinese Ak's as top middle class. They are nice as far as AK's go.

  • @abz520 America doesn't make AKs.

  • @fatdan172501 Mayyyybe not full ones but a buddie of mine works at a place cranking out thousands of ak parts.

  • @Llepsdog well i do know arsenal is great they do a great job with the saigas but thats as close as we get.

  • @fatdan172501

    I. O. Inc does

  • @MarineWMU911 they have u.s. barrels but they are still foreign parts kits.

  • @fatdan172501 I.O. Inc. decided to manufacture its products right here in the United States. I.O. Inc. (Inter Ordnance) has invested heavily in tooling and equipment for the last two years. Now, all of our AK, STG (WIEGER) and SSG rifles are proudly made in the U. S. -From their webpage

  • @MarineWMU911 wow awesome thats what i like to hear now i hope there the same quality level as arsenal cuz if they are they have a customer right here.

  • @fatdan172501 I own an Arsenal and they aren't going to beat them and remain in there price range, what I do hope to see is getting rid of the consistency issues and putting unfit parts together, If IO Inc does this right they'll become very popular in the AK market for solid rifles, not amazing ones, but solid working gear. That's my hope anyway

  • @MarineWMU911 i completely agree.

  • @fatdan172501 As you can see from everyone's response you are completely and utterly wrong. Now go to sleep!

  • @abz520 who invited you to this conversation lol. and read the rest of the conversation and you would see my knowledge was not wrong just up to date.

  • @fatdan172501 Who invited me? You did when you said "America Doesn't make AK's". Inter Ordnance makes a 100% made in the U.S. AK's. Arsenal makes U.S. Ak's on Saiga receivers, and Robinsons Armament makes a real nice AK.

  • @abz520 inter ordinance didn't always make them which the nice fellow below me informed me they do now first reason i didn't need your smart ass comment. second arsenal uses saigas and those are not fully American aks. you can stamp AR on a AK doesn't make it a AR lol. and if Orbison arms is making them you could have informed me in a nicer way. as i said before i wasn't arguing my knowledge just wasn't up to date.

  • @fatdan172501 OK then you where wrong and I was right, I can live with that. Like you said your knowledge wasn't up to date. I would call Arsenal American AK's even though they use Saiga receivers. If your Chevy or Ford have Japanese or Chinese parts in them does that make them not American? Yeah they are not 100% American made but not much is these days and that's a bid problem in the U.S.

  • @abz520 i wouldnt say that but what ever. and ya that is a big problem if we were not so greedy and wanted the cheep labor of china we still might have economy lol.

  • @fatdan172501 wrong

  • @om3gadagg3r whats wrong specify before stating smart ass.

  • @fatdan172501 America makes plenty of AKs.

  • @om3gadagg3r please enlighten me as to some brands then.

  • @machinegun911 They are good quality guns. I would say mid class.

  • very nice ak

  • u thinkin of changing the front grip into a rail, hurd they can decrease acurrecy but i gess that won't be the end of the world on a tactical system, gr8 vid gr8 weapon!

  • what did they do to you my preciouse ak47

  • nice!

  • haha you cant be first
