I agree that would be the downside of owning the house . I'am sure this has been going on for decades . And even worse now with the internet and the house address. I believe this house was sold in 2007 , and has new owners . They seemed to have redone outside of the house . All i can say is if they bought it , i'am sure they knew of it's history . So they were warned lol

@ASAFYY if u live there do u really want the fans to stop filming this iconic house? did u knwo of its history(u cant say u didnt) before moving in? i understand privacy but ifprivacy is what u wanted u shouldnt have moved there. i live in tx and as a fan of freddy and the house( i always said if i ever became rich i would build my house to look exactly like it) i would love to visit and take a picture in front of it. ofcourse i would do it quickly,quietly and from a distance
@ASAFYY like i said i understand privacy but your parents knew what they were getting into and unless they buy the whole block then people are gonna film or take pics. u just cant stop the entire world from coming down that public street. i feel for you but shouldnt have moved there. just like the new owners of the amityville horror house. they totally remodeled it so no one would recognize it.
@ASAFYY ur such a liar if your parents own this house then whats your last name? i just got the brand new never sleep again dvd in the mail. they have a section where they interviewed the owner of the house and she even took them and the camera crew inside the house for a tour and said she fixed up the house to look like it did in the movie AND she said evryone is welcome and she thinks its awesome.
its in west hollwood bev hills area i couldnt tell u how to get there exactly as we got a cab when we were there but just ask the locals they would tell u
