Oh, to change the colors to the way he has, you got to go to: TOOLS > COLOR MANAGEMENT > set to "Optimized for the Web"

Aprende a igualar colores a simple vista, es mejor que andar peleando por las paletas. Cada monitor tiene su forma de mostrar los colores.

maestro, lo que hizo no es otra cosa que duplicar la selección para poder hacer el efecto de reflejo que luego convierte a bipmap y le aplica una transparencia. solo eso...
