@pieces408@r3h100 Do PD and Patterson have rigs like these? I am familiar with their Super Singles with pipe arms, wrenches and auto slips but I didn't know they had Triples with pipe arms. I think that Bandera has coined these as "Super Triples". Also did you notice that the doghouse is on what would normally be on the off drillers side? This rig has an Iron Derrickman(TM) as well so in theory the rig is completely free of human intervention with tubulars. Only question is doping and cleaning.
@AutomatedRig yea pd has these rigs. i work on one. we dont have iron derrickman tho. we lay out every joint when we trip out. its not slow tho . we use 45 foot joints. that kinda gay tho ... we at least stab during the connection lol....

i didn't see any rig with that techniques.
although i only saw 1 rigs from far distance.
