  • hello which hub should i buy? is there specific one to run apogee one into ipad 2 thanks?

  • Pues a mi, el ipad 2 no me reconoce el ONE. ¿por qué? Ni siquiera se me encienden las lucecitas.

  • I wonder if it'll work with my apogee duet? Hmmm..

  • @henryshell I don't think it works, cause duet is Firewire, maybe duet 2? wich is usb

  • hey, great video. does this stil work in iOS 5? also, what is the brand name and model of that USB hub? Thanks!

  • @iOSMusician5 i don't know, i think the best option right now is Apogee Jam, Cheaper and portable than ONE or Duet

  • hey great video what apps are you using ?

  • @AziBETV Multitrack DAW, funkbox, AmpKit and Thumbjam

  • Bro the mic worked for me so thanks!!! but I cant get the electric guitar insert to work, i even tried changing the inputs but when i did that and plugged it in, it doesnt even power on.. help?

  • @MrGuitarMods go back to the Mac for change the input channel, then try the connection again from the beginning, it's an anoying process. Try the new Apogee JAM, it's better solution.

  • Sounds Great!!! What kind of recording applications do you have on your iPad? I just bought an iPad myself and would like to know! ;) Cheers!

  • @Concorde1992 Best recorder IMO is "MultitrackDAW" and Ampkit for guitar (with amp & speaker cabinet simulations)

  • @knielsen10151997 it's a Les Paul Studio Faded and the button is a Kill Switch, is a Mod made by my self inspired on the Les Paul BucketHead Model

  • That's Great!!!! But..... How to change input Channel???

  • @limjoeranjjang unfortunately you need to go back to the Mac for change the input channel

  • Less than 10 milliseconds! Impeceptible!

  • what sort of input latency does this have on the iPAD? my zoom H2 has massive input latency, whihc makes it a dealbreaker for recording on the ipad

  • awesome ! love the funky jam.

  • F'n sweet.

  • I really didn't know you could do that! nice one mate!

Could you tell me what you used to connect the the one to the Bx5a's? I have the exact same configuration but i am not sure about how to connect those two...

How good is the quality of your cables going to the speakers?

I am asking because the absence of a balanced out from the Apogee One could mean more noise when using longer cables

  • @eNikoltsios @eNikoltsios You can cannect the ApogeeOne or even de iPad minijack output with cables, Mini Plug 3/4" to couple RCA or 1/4" Plugs, to a mixing board or even directly to BX5a's preamp speakers

If you go Live Stage, i'd recommend to connect to a couple DirectBoxes

  • That's very cool. I'd heard people had been having difficulties getting the Apogee One to work with the iPad, but I guess it's solved by the powered hub :)

Have you tried it with Garageband for iPad?

  • @UKTVADS1 Yes, and works Great!

  • I'm very sorry, i forget to mention that music during the first part of this video was made with Audinaka's "Sound Prism" App, one of my favorites.
