In gymnastics Shawn is technically precise, very cute too, and I think she has transferred the focus she needs in gymnastics to the dance floor. She NEVER showed this level of dance ability! Week 2 and I am totally gob-smacked!! You go girl!
If Shawn continues to compete (I so hope she does) and she brings back to her sport a whole new level of artistic expression then I think her competitors are in trouble. :)
I totally agree with you! I think that if she can mix her technical precision with some of the artistry that she takes from Mark and translates that into Gymnastics that she will be a force to be reckoned with!

She's like a tiny caterpillar blossoming into a beautiful butterfly before our very eyes. :)
I preferred Shawn's dance to Melissa's. Shawn is still childish and DWTS will help her mature and do good things for her confidence. It's going to be a good experience for her, and once she starts to like the dancing, (and she loosens up) she's going to blow away the competition because she's good, and entertaining.

She needs to work on her talking. Everytime I heard her, she sounds like a big fake...like she's just reading lines given to her. It reminsd me of her taco commercial, lol.

salsa is a very dificult dance, even for me that im latin, im not very good at salsa its really dificult but she nailed it :D
