Thanks Rebecca! Using a tripod and getting Conor to sit down really helped. Well, as I'm so short and he's so tall, I didn't really have a choice. I also tried to pick a good spot with decent lighting.

I thought of the questions ahead of time and gave Conor some ideas of what I was going to talk about ahead of time too, so that I didn't blindside him, as it was the first interview for both of us.
