  • Dude Google and Terminex is spamming the Hell out of your video... I hope you are getting pay for it...lmao

  • I wish I knew what that meant!

  • I think I know what you mean with your song.

I love it! By the way - is it true what Mr.Solomon said in his last video?

  • Which bit of it?

  • The whole vloggerhead discrepancy. I dont want to roll up old things but as far as I understand you told Greg that you were upset about the direction that vh was going in. Are you? What about the e-nation project, is there anything going on with that. If you know anything about that, please let me know. I would love to be one of the first. Remember my idea about the desolate place? I think it is possible with e-nation.

  • OK. I was and remain disappointed in VH. Strong implications of development were made which were never possible given the resources allocated. But that is all a done deal now. No use in continuing to bitch about it. I made my point. The enation died when Paul declared his lack of interest. That was a loooong time back. Sorff may or may not hold up some hope. I think the desolate place is still a long way off.

  • Like the lyrics Perry. The way the performance is done saying the words "Your just a child" is quite interesting to me. What could be construed as a condecending lyric is made gentle and fatherly by the and attitude. nice job

  • I was just struck by the irony of insulting someone by calling them a child. Wouldn't we all wish to be children?

  • It's also ironic how people are never quite satisfied. I wish I could go back to being a kid now that I'm finally learning what it means to be an adult. I remember it wasn't too long ago I couldn't wait to grow up. It's not all bad though, there's a sort of place you can go to where you know it's time to go on, and the future is counting on you to do so.

  • Yeah, it's amazing how fast childhood becomes very far away. That's what makes it worth holding on to what you can of it.

  • great song!!!

    wesman7273 was here!!!!!

  • very good =)

  • Thank you. Nice new profile pic!

  • you like it? jpgarcia6 made it for me.

  • Enjoyed again.

  • Thanks Peter. Things are the way they have to be. Nice that you keep in touch. That's nice to know.

  • A lot of silence and not even a hello or goodbye. I like that = )

  • very nice song. Once again...you start out humbly...just a presence. Then just a guitar iwth a little rythem going on. Could be any one of 100 songs. Then the voice shows up. That is when it gets good.

  • Ah, that voice! If only I'd discovered it 30 years ago! Thanks for your kind comment.

  • If I were you, I would never play this one again. I would start completely over. If I did think that was a good song, I might not write or play a song ever again because I would question my ability to do such a thing. That was not good at all. Maybe take up bowling instead.

  • So, you didn't like it huh? Bummer. The child in me is now crying. You cruel person!

  • Three cheers for chasing stupid dreams!

Great harmonies, wardrobe, and the ending was brilliant.

    Another child

  • I knew it!

  • That was great! I can definitely relate to that song in more ways than one.

  • That is a very good thing.

  • Well done isr!

  • I'm reading a lot into those lyrics.... not sure if I should? OH, and where did you hide those backing singers, eh? Behind the curtain?

A 5 star effort, yet again!

  • I flew them in from LA specially.

  • I like the cleaner, simpler visuals that the new studio provides. Even with the bright lights (I assume -- you're in your sunglasses) the green has a nice rich dark tone. The jacket sets it off. :-)

Good thing this isn't about Paul because that could seem a titch harsh. We're always hardest on ourselves. ;-)

    -dan'l

  • That's the truth.

  • great song.

  • Reminds me of a song named "How Do You Sleep"

by John Lennon. Everyone assumed that it

was about Paul. But later John said he had

    actually written it about himself.

    Hmmm ...

  • Well, I hate to steal the idea, but yeah this song is about me.

  • oh, very subtle. nice lyrics 5/5. thats quite impressive what you did with dividing the room into two. maybe it is the quality of the mic or the uploaded quality but the acoustics dont sound so great. do they sound better? I though the carpet would have greatly helped.

  • I think the basic sound is better, but I'm having to rebuild the software environment too. I'm using a different reverb and mastering tool, and I don't think it's as good. Thanks for the feedback.

  • I would love to learn this tune with the Harmonica...

  • I'd love to hear that!

  • love it

  • thanks again. and again I watch it in the morning, and now the day is better.

    have a great day folks.

  • Mornings suck!

  • they do sometimes...before my head start work.....

  • beautiful song, good sir.

  • Thanks good commenter.

  • you are really good, i enjoyed that. it's always interesting to think about who the author wrote the song about.

  • It's about me, but maybe about everyone.

  • Great song Peri!

  • *****
