I do, we have advenced greatly since that games time our new system and the large open worlds that are now possible would benefit greatly towards a remake or a third addition. If not then there's always the free online version give that a try.

@iluvanime25 I use Adobe Premiere 6 to make my videos, the effects here are all included in it. The colour changes were done by switching between two identical clips, one with the colour/contrast changed and one without (or both with different colour/contrast settings) Other tricks were a combination of standard effects, like blending, embossing, zooming, etc.. A lot of it is also about knowing where to cut, zoom, clip and pan the image so you can place something in the right position on screen.
