@tmedhurst nic is not bottlenecking because the pings are going though a wifi-Ethernet bridge as stated in the description, while the deauth packets are being sent though a different nic. while i said it doesn't target a specific client, it does send a generalized deauth packet out that most clients will honor as explained in aircrack-ng's documentation.
It's not enough to prove that ping times take longer on the same machine - what if It's your own NIC that's the bottleneck? Those packets you're sending aren't exponential, nor are they causing a resource-hungry task to occur on the router, hence the router should handle one client's abuse just fine (unless It's cheap). What's the significance of using the deauth packet..?
@XOIIOXOIIO It only jams wifi so no, you shouldn't be connected to the network your trying to jam, and it doesn't affect network activity on the network that isn't going though wifi. You Should make sure that your jamming the right channel.
@ukilliheal I used my tablet connected to y wifi network, and tried my ipod on another, jamming the network each time and it didn't work for some reason. They still conencted and had internet access. aside from that it seems to have worked fine
top comment plz like

Does it deauth all clients then?

@XOIIOXOIIO Also... this script isnt prefect just yet =) still buggy and still in need of fine tuning.

Do you have to be connectd to the network to do this, or did you do that just to show that it doesn't work?
