If I was a NewBorn, I'd rather be abandoned any where, then had parents that had me when there were 50 years old and would be dead before I even have a chance to finish high school. Congrats on your Babies Nancy.
Anyone who abandons a baby that survives should be charged with attempted murder and if it doesnt they should be charged with murder. They know what they are doing and the potential consequences, only care about themselves and no one else.
