In our family we use to have greyhound... but since 3 days now my boyfriend and iI got a whippet: she's just to cute and so cleaver (don't know if it's the right word -_-)

I lost my Whippet Wilbur after 14 years who would do the stare down foot stomp with a major speech. HE would turn his head like that when I would ask him what do you want? I also would ask if I was bugging him. Watching this makes me miss him a little less. He also knew how to open the fridge and take food out without making a mess or breaking a plate. Thanks.

this is a riot! they are both so gorgeous! thanks so much for sharing. we have a whippet who doesn't sing, but does talk. and sneezes when she's excited and spins around like crazy and rubs her face on the carpet and does all the other weird little whippety things. they are such great dogs :)

I have a whippet too. But what you could do for a prank is: (if you have someone living with you) in the night, tell the dogs to sing while your friend is asleep, they'd panic thinking it is the fire alarm, cause they sound SOOO much like an alarm. so fanny. im gonna teach my dog that :P

OMG, that look and that melodious voice are sooooo familiar, and I've got a Saluki...must be a sighthound thing...;) She sings and talks for me typically when I arrive home, when she's asking for a treat or to go outside, when a certain phone rings, or at random moments when she just feels like getting all wiggly and doing it.
