@frigidkitsune the damage of Ain Soph Aur equals the amount of monsters you have times 5! even the ones in Katz guild. by the end of the game i was dealing 500s with Ain Soph Aur.

It's been a tales tradition since ToE to have a boss that will counter your Hi-Ougi/Mystic Art with one of his/her own to devastating effect. (In ToE, Cless countering Ried is said to be a one move kill)

The Name Eternal Recurrence was probably given to the English version of this Arte to clue off that "This shit don't work on Richter no mater how many times you try".

Richter is pretty bad ass though.
